Very great game!! Understand why it won game of the year!! Open world play and graphics are beautiful!! Would highly recommend buying this as your first game on the Switch.

I bought the Zelda game and it is the best game to buy with the switch. The graphics on the game is detailed and stunning. I really like the open world that the game has to offer.

This game takes the classic elements of older Legend of Zelda games and adds new ones to them. The world is huge - like bigger than most other Zelda games put together. If you're a completionist, there are literally hundreds of hours you can pour into this game. The unique aspects of the game are great, but it also abandons some older aspects of the games that really worked. The game is very open, but this means less progression like you had in older games. You used to get specific weapons that helped you progress through the story, but now you can simply go wherever you want as long as you have the ability to take on the enemies.

This game is definitely one for the books. Its an amazing story line with a ton of play time in it. Strap yourself in for an amazing journey.

Besides being one of the most beautiful games, BotW is full of exciting dungeons and so much to do it's mind blowing. This game takes open world to a whole new level. A must buy.

A good game, if you like the franchise of the Zelda games. It is one of the best Zelda games so far. It has a huge world to explore, lots of missions, and a number of additional stories outside of the main story to follow. It will definitely consume a lot of time if you are looking for a long-lasting game. I still haven’t completed it, but am very pleased.

I have owned every Nintendo console since the NES; however, I have never played a Zelda game until Breath of the Wild. I am amazed how good it is. The open world part of the game is bigger and more interactive than any open world I have ever seen on a Playstation or Xbox game. Also, it is not a headache to master. The same can't be said about Playstation and Xbox games. Nintendo still holds true to its early concept that games should be fun for everyone. I'm going to have to go back and play the other Zelda games on my older consoles.

This game is fantastic. The graphics look amazing on both the handheld and on your television. The open world allows many hours for exploration. A great addition for any Zelda fan.

The graphics on this game are breathtaking. While the shrine puzzles can get tedious, the combat is fun and the story is phenomenal. A great game overall.

Amazing game, I recommend that for everyone, you can do everything you want, didn’t have to follow some line, you can pick what you want to do first.

An instant classic, BotW borrows a lot of ideas from other open world games but then refines them to an incredible degree. You'll never get tired of exploring Hyrule.

This might be the best game in the world at the moment. This was the perfect balance of Action + RPG and the story was just beautiful. At first, I was unsure about the graphics, but I fell in love with them after a while. Everything was very well done. This is a quality game. The only part of the game that I thought could have been better was the crafting. I beat the game with all sorts of items in my bag, and in copious amounts, that were pretty much useless. The game could have used a more robust crafting/bartering system that made beating enemies and collecting loot more worthwhile. Other than that, high marks across the board.

Absolutely outstanding! The only complaint I have is weapons break and then you have to fight with a pitchfork.

I have spent well over 200 hours in this game. It is unlike the other Zelda games. It will take getting used to, but the reward of seeing the world and all you can do is worth it. I would recommend playing this on the Switch and not the Switch Lite for the best experience. It does warm up the console. For couch play, look into a dock extender so it doesn't sit right inside and allows for better heat dispersion.

As a parent who had over time outgrown gaming, I struggled to find a game that I felt I could enjoy with my 10 year old son. Yes, Mario Kart is a staple but I was looking for a more engaging game that we could collaborate on. Zelda BOTW had given us this opportunity. We don't play it endlessly...a couple of hours every other day is as much as we (I) can both take because it's so easy to spend so much more time in it. We both truly enjoy it. The puzzles are fun to solve and discovering new things ourselves is great. 5 stars.

This game is truly worth all the hype. I love the open world mixed with battles, puzzles, and exploration of a whole new world.
