Possibly the best Zelda Game ever!

I've played the Zelda series since it was first released on the NES and I have to say that Breath of the Wild may very well be the pinnacle of Zelda releases. The amount of detail in the game from the monster AI to the sheer vastness of the landscape is truly phenomenal! The gameplay shines in both the ease of play and the sheer joy of the action. I can't say I was thrilled with the need to constantly find weapons, but it made the game challenging. There is still so much more I have to do even after beating the game, so there is a lot of replay value. This is definitely a title worth picking up!

My son asked for this game at first seem high for $50, but it is a good game. Very nice graphic with Japanese Anima look. Good comb of battle and solving puzzles. Recommend for all ages. I end up watching on big screen, while my son played the game. (I gave few helping advise on puzzles, but my son would not admit it). I think whole family can participate in game as you follow storyline and solve puzzles that's why would recommend even at $50. Sidenote: saw at Best buy onlne for $50, but in store it was $60, but they match price at check out.

This game is amazing however it is NOT easy. It is not an easy game to get used to the controls are hard at first but once you get used to them the game is a blast.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is incredible. It is open world and has well over 100 hours of gameplay. It may be the game of this generation

Outstanding game that is very nostalgic for those of us who grew up playing Zelda, and a beautiful introduction to the world for those unfamiliar. This game is as great as Skyrim in many aspects, and even better in others.

It's not only one of the best Legend of Zelda games around, it's the best Switch game. A story that seems familiar with a lot of innovations for a Zelda game.

Great game. Love the realistic look and how it ties in Mother Nature. The music was great and the open world even better.

Where do I even start? I've played about 10 hours of this game so far and I'm pretty sure I can go for 90 more hours and not notice the time pass. I'll start though by saying that if you don't like open world games, you probably won't like this either. It's got great structure to it, but it doesn't ever pretend like it's a game "on rails" like Call of Duty. You very much choose your own adventure. I don't want to spoil anything so I'll just say that the mechanics are fun, the learning curve is easy, and it looks great. If you're looking for a game to play for the next few months, this is for you.

    Incredible Open World Game

If you are looking for a long, open world action/adventure game, this one is right up there with the best of them and is the best in some regards. The way your character, Link, can move and climb in the world is truly freeing and feels like you can get almost anywhere if you really try. The level of detail that went into how the different objects in the world interact is pretty incredible as well. The story is weak, but that is nothing new for Zelda games and the lack of spoken dialogue for all but a few instances makes it feel a bit outdated at times, but the game is definitely worth buying and playing.

Excellent game so far. Seems like more open world exploration than dungeon puzzles but hoping it'll get more complex later in the game like traditional Zelda games.

Breath of the wild is like Skyrim and Zelda had a baby. It's fun, there's so much to discover and do. I literally play for hours and still haven't gotten bored yet!

An open world action game that’s gorgeous and fun, Legend of Zelda seems to be a series that never disappoints. It’s a joy to explore the beautifully rendered world, searching for new towers and hideouts to go along with the story objectives. The combat is so satisfying, making some use of motion control and being way less complicated than some RPGs. This is probably one of the better Nintendo exclusives on the system, which is saying something when it comes to the Switch.

I am an "old school" gamer, my favorite Zelda's are the original on NES, A Link to the Past on SNES, and Ocarina of Time for N64. I'm only 7-8 hours in to BotW so far, but I can already tell that this will be up there with my favorites. This game is extremely open world, so much so that some may not like the lack of any linearity. However, once you get over the overwhelming feeling and realize that this game is not designed to be beaten in one week, you'll embrace the exploration and open ended-ness. Graphics and sound are great, especially in portable mode, and the controls are easy to pick up. Enjoy!
