Potential game of the year winner. Best Zelda game I have ever played, in front of Majoras Mask and Ocarina of Time. I find myself turning this on and saying I'll play for 15 or 30 minutes...3 hours later I'm turning it off and going to bed. This game is so much fun. A must buy if you own a Switch.

This game is as good as the reviews! The game-play is amazing and can last you hours and hours. I really like the complexity of the over-world and all the classic aspects that are apart of the game. Really fun and entertaining to play!

We bought my daughter a Nintendo switch for her 12th birthday. As this game was the only one that the store clerk recommended, we bought it as well. She loves it. She is playing it in her free time and her siblings will sit with her and watch her play. The five star rating is her recommendation, not mine.

The last few Zelda games never really interested me beyond the startup of the game. This one has me non stop playing. Best part is just exploring the landscape and being able to go anyplace on the map. If you can see it you can find a way to get to it. Best Zelda game for me since Link to the Past on SNES.

Definitely one of the best in the franchises. It feels like a combination of old school Zelda and Witcher 3, with the open map and quest log part to it. My only gripes are, despite what lifelong Zelda fanboys (such as myself) say....I wish they would move on from traditional story arc, and expand the universe. I couldnt help but feel like I was playing a slightly disconnected Occarina of Time game. The characters, villages, missions were all very similar. I would love for once to see a game move past Gannon and give us a new great challenge. I know the only time thats ever happened (Zelda 2) didn't go so well. But its been almost 30 years, I think they could pull it off now.

Breath of the Wild continues to breath life into the Zelda franchise nearly three years after its initial release date. The open world format brings a new type of freedom to playing games and provides hours of fun for my and my children.

This game is THE reason to own a Nintendo Switch at the moment. While I was initially disappointed with the launch lineup for the Switch it has become apparent that the amount of things to do in this one game will keep me busy for quite some time while I wait for other AAA titles to drop for this machine.

I'm not even a Zelda fan. I didn't grow up on Zelda either, but this game right here. If you love exploration and open world action, please get this game. Very few loading times, and the portability of the switch is a match made in heaven.

I’m late to the BOTW train, but I can definitely see what the hype is about. I had a rough start, but I’m really enjoying it so far. It’s a nice option for when you need a break from the real world.

Really great Zelda game. I've actually never played any of the other Zelda games so this is my first one and it's a great experience so far. Wish I would have waited to buy it so I could have gotten the new version that's out now though. That one comes with a nice guide book and collectible map.

One of the best games I’ve ever played. You don’t need to know anything about playing video games and you’ll have tons of fun. Highly recommend.

BOTW is by far the most creative and fun game ive ever played. Its a rathwr large gae so be prepared to spend a lot ofbtkme

I have always been a huge fan of Zelda. I purchased the switch and was delighted to see that this game was made for the switch! What a great purchase! :) 5 stars! This is the best Zelda game that I have played over the years.

This game is amazing. It is way harder than any Zelda game that I've played and I love that. The graphics and gameplay are beyond what I expected. I haven't beat it yet but once I do, I'm looking forward to trying it on one of the other difficultly levels. If you own a Switch, you MUST buy this game.

If you like the Zelda franchise then you know what your getting into. This is basically the pinnacle of Hyrule and links journey but with a fully immersive open world. Climb anything, do anything, it feels super freeing. Breakable weapons can be an annoyance at first but begins to feel like second nature.

This game was so fun and had so much to do. Haven't wanted to play a game thatuch in a very long time! But as a Zelda game it was missing a lot of the aspects I loved from the old ones (fluid storytelling, more lore, focus on the triforce)

This game is the reason I got a switch, its beautiful and seems never ending and an open story and i love it. It can get a little tedious and some points but that just might be cause I've played it for 4 hours and like, WHAT NOW, but I always go back and I have no regrets

This game is so great, the Legend of Zelda has been such a great series for a good 30 years now so it's touched generations. This one does it again bringing a revolutionary experience you just don't get in games too often. If you have a Switch and this isn't in your collection, what is you really doing ?!

I've been a life long fan of the Legend of Zelda series ever since I put my hands on the original NES game. It's amazing how far this series has come from that first left/right/up/down game to such a beautiful and robust game play as we see in Breath of the Wild! Please never stop amazing me, Nintendo!

I am a fan of Zelda and i really like this version. I kniw that i am coming to the Nintendo Switch a bit laterl, but its still a lot of fun.
