It is a great game. Worth it on the Nintendo Switch 2.

Finally....!! A brand new Link for everyone to enjoy who loved Ocarina of Time! We've been well-rewarded for our wait with Breath of the Wild, and a fantastic offering by Nintendo's debuting Switch! Everything you've always loved plus more is packed into this open-world environment! And with the way consoles pump out DLC these days I'm sure if anything was missed or something should arise, we'll be able to add it in time! The fun factor is immeasurable and the itch for a new Zelda is certainly satisfied!

If your looking for a switch game that actually keeps you coming back for more this is your game. Also if you haven't played the new sequel Tears of the Fallen kingdom you will be spoiled with 2 great games to play without the long wait that happened to most fans

A return to the original idea of the Legend of Zelda games with non-linear exploration. This game tells you where the final boss is within minutes of starting the game, and from there it's up to you how to get there. This game is perfect for those people who love to travel, hike, climb, and explore, with countless secret spots to explore. And when you find a perfect view, snap a photo in-game (just like you would in real life) to remember your travels.

I just bought a switch and always loved playing Zelda. I find the controls for the game a little hard to get used to because there’s so many buttons. I haven’t played since using a GameCube! The graphics remind me more of a cartoon and I am not used to the weapons not lasting the whole game, so choose your weapons wisely.

Breath of the Wild is one of the best games I have ever played, period. I've been gaming since the early 90's and have played my fair share of games, this one ranks up near the top. While it will make the experience better, you don't necessarily need to have played previous Zelda games.

Everything I've asked for in a Zelda title. It's not easy, but it's a blast. Open world Zelda is where it was always meant to be.

I have to say. I struggled with this game. It gives you a brief tutorial and then tosses you out into the world. And boy was I confused at first. I was so lost and it took my quite some time to understand the game mechanics. (this might be because its my first LoZ game) But after that I was amazed at how deep and creative this game can be. Truly a masterpiece of this generation of consoles. You will not be disappointed.

This is my first Zelda game ever and I'm trying to find something wrong with it but I can't... even when I get frustrated I just take a break and return to it later and beat the puzzle or mission and I'm just happy to move foward.. best game of this year or the past 2-3 years in my opinion..trust me I've had them all on Xbox one and PS4 and the majority of them have all been disappointing in a way.

So much fun! Honestly didnt think this would be my type of game when i bought it but everyone said it was amazing so i decided to get it as well. And they were right! Ao much fun and addicting! Amazing game great graphics and look, cant wait to play the second game.

When I first saw footage of Breath of the Wild, I knew I had to play this game. The last new game console I bought was the PS2. The last Nintendo console I bought was the N64, but I decided to get the Switch to play the new Zelda game. I'm the type of person who is always expecting to be disappointed in order to lessen the its sting. BUT somehow, someway this game actually lived up to the hype. After many years away this game made me fall in love with gaming again. Please, play this game it is SO much fun.

Fans of Zelda already know exactly what this game is about but what makes this game so impressive is its ability to ditch the old Zelda methodology and blaze its own path. This game takes on more modern ideas giving Link more freedom. I find myself talking to friends baffled at how they found hidden chest, and items. This game gives you more than one outcome to its endless bag of tricks. A true must have.

I just started playing this game. So far no complaints. Colors, graphics, story are all exceptionally well.

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild has surpass my expectations, I love Ocarina of time but Breath of the Wild has now become the number 1 game for me is better than Ocarina of Time and any other open world game out there. Breath of the Wild and the Nintendo Switch are Magic and they are a teleportation device that transport you to the magic land of Hyrule were anything can happen, Breath of the Wild is a 10/10 buy it and be mesmerize by its enchanting nature that only The Legend of Zelda can give you.

A few hours in so far. It's a very well designed game. A bit too much free roaming in my opinion, but that's a minor gripe. One may argue that it's "just another Zelda game" from the mold, but subtle additional nuances to the game do bring some new elements to the gameplay, but one of the remarkable thing about the Zelda franchise is how next generations of Zelda games while different in continuity still "feel" like a Zelda game. The "switching" from docked to portable of the Nintendo Switch has been key.

I loved the old original Zelda game and this is definitely not a disappointment! The storyline is cool, and the attention to detail and all the nooks and crannies you have to explore is amazing. So many things to keep it interesting and challenging. Looking forward to completing more of this game and add on the expansion packs with extra challenges.
