Hard to explain, but this game coupled with the switch gives you the ultimate sense of freedom in both a figurative and literal sense of the word. This game has really brought the joy back into gaming. I find myself looking for every opportunity to dive into the game any time I can. What an amazing game.

Haven't played this yet. But if it is like the other Zelda games for Nintendo, then I know this will be great and I will get the other two Zelda switch games.

The game is gorgeous and the cinematic atmosphere is breathtaking (pun intended). Nintendo improved on the typical Zelda gameplay with some awesome new mechanics and immersive features, while keeping everything intuitive as all Zelda’s are. Highly recommend.

This has to be the best Zelda game as of yet. I really enjoyed the graphics, the gameplay, and basically everything that this game has to offer. What is even more astounding is that this game offers over 100 + ours of gameplay, so you don't have to worry about completing it so soon.

this game is tough to play at first but when your use pro it great. this game is different then the other past zelda games. i heard afrer complete the 4 shrine you can go defeat ganon. i recommend getting more hearts and items before the battle with ganon.

I don't see how anyone who owns a Switch does not have this game! I guess the more casual gamer does not want to sit down and take the time to play. But this game really immerses you into its world. The world is massive and yes a lot of it is empty space, but I just see that as part of what this world is. Yet, it still seems there is always something to collect or discover. The developers really put a lot of thought into the game and it shows! The visuals are beautiful and I personally loved the music and how they programmed it to flow as you move through the game. This is the first game I have personally ever completed, and it really brought me back in to video games. It reminded me of what it felt like to play a game as a kid again. Discovering new places, items, and creatures. I bought it at launch so everything was a surprise. This game left me in awe. I cannot wait to see what is next!

Words cannot really add to this game's reviews. It truly is something special that will be looked upon for years as the gold standard. This is the first game I bought for the switch and I cannot wait for the sequel to this amazing game.

This is an incredible game with so much to do and and fresh new take on all the other Zelda games before it. Its beautiful, fun, huge, and a new masterpiece fore Nintendo. If you like Zelda then youll love this game.

This is the must have game for the switch. Literally why I bought a Nintendo switch was for this epic game. Lived up to and completely went above and beyond any expectations. If you have a switch and haven't purchased BOTW then I am perplexed and you need to get it ASAP

Breath of the Wild is a strong outing for the Nintendo Switch. While it does do things out of the norm from traditional Zelda games, I see this as Nintendo's combatant for 2017's game of their year.

This is one awesome game! I'm new to the Zelda franchise and am still getting used to the controls and overall mechanics of the game, but all I can say is WOW. A lot of fun, great graphics, smooth gameplay. Highly recommend this to anyone!

Ultimately Zelda is a must buy for Switch owners. It's exploration and depth allows for an immense amount of time and value within it's beautiful world. That being said, it is not the best Zelda game and I don't believe it's even top 3. It isn't the the best at anything it does. Skyrim has better exploration and question structure, Uncharted has a far better story, and combat is done better by numerous games. It's a great game, no doubt, although a bit over-hyped. As I stated, I still recommend this if you own a Switch but I don't believe it is the best game out this year.
