Best Buy Customer Service Stinks

Depending on where you add to your cart, there is not much to tell you if you are loading the digital or physical copy. Even the image of the game for digital purchase if of the physical copy of the game. I thought that Best Buy would be reasonable and provide an exchange for a physical copy, given that I had not redeemed the digital copy. I was wrong. In fact, the online customer service agent told me that I had to do this at a store (why?), only to be told by them it could not be done. I am very disappointed, since this was to be a gift. Suffice it to say, I will never shop at Best Buy again.
