I got this game already in nintendo switch but I know the Wii U will be out of production & I wanted to own & see the difference in the graphics system. I’m glad I did it I impressed all the more by the Wii U game that I can play in higher resolution than the switch. Great & highly recommended product if you can still find it.

As a die hard Nintendo fan, it wasn't a question for me on whether or not I should pick the newest Zelda game up. As soon as it was announced it 2014 I instantly had it on my radar. Unfortunately, the game was delayed for over 2 years, but the wait made this game that much more impressive. The huge, and I mean huge, world made each discovery that more rewarding. The main story was more of the same, Dave the princess from Ganon and return Hyrule to it's former glory, but it is presented in a way that makes it feel like you actually are making a difference. The countless side quests have kept me busy for hours on end, and I have found myself losing sleep wanting to get that "one last shrine". Thank Nintendo for another timeless addition to the already amazing Legend of Zelda franchise.

This game is hands down THE BEST Zelda game to date! The world is huge and rich with places to explore and things to do. Every time playing is a new discovery! A lot of small details were put in! The battle system is easy to understand and the amount of weapons available is quite the variety. You CAN finish the game without the master sword as well.

The Legend of Zelda makes its long awaited return to both the Nintendo Switch and Wii U, and what a well worth wait it's been. Those that are fans of the series or jumping in for the first time have a fantastic title to look forward to that will take all your time and grab you like nothing you've ever experienced. Truly incredible; a masterpiece

Open world, excellent game play, great controls, great story

Game is challenging and fun. Amiibos are hard to find though.

This is the best Zelda game I have ever played. Everything about this game is awesome. The open world is huge and beautiful.

I haven't had this much fun with a game in a long time. There is just something magical about it that can't be pinpointed. The gameplay, music, sound effects and atmosphere all come together to create something special. I will say that the performance on the Wii U can be a little rough, but it hasn't taken away any of my enjoyment so far.

A new take on Zelda with loads of content to explore and weapons. More difficult than other Zelda Game of the Year Contender

Bought this for my 11-year-old son. He loves it. It is a huge open world, allowing him to explore just about anything and interact with the environment in multiple ways. It is akin to a game like Skyrim but it's environment, story, and animations are toned down to make it appropriate for younger audiences (but it is still fun for any age).

This game does many things you would never expect from a Zelda game, including a massive open world larger than Skyrim, great food crafting system, and awesome selection of weapons and armor. It removes barriers you generally expect to find in any video game, if you can see a place, you can get to that place. Just an awesome open feeling.

A truly open-world and liberating experience in a huge, physics-based land. So much to do and see, no artificial roadblocks or limitations, and nothing but magical moments that are special and personal. Performance on Wii U is worse than Switch, but I did not find that it detracted from my enjoyment of the game whatsoever. Don't miss it.

got the game for grandson, loves it one of is favs

I have this game on my switch, but I had to get it on my Wii U. It’s amazing concepts within the Game truly generates your brain into quick thinking. Never a dull moment, if your stuck , just move on to a different part of the map and go back anytime. Every twist and turn keeps you in the game with new and exciting moments

Game breaks outside the normal zelda game feel and some how nintendo has really shown us how an open world game should be.

This game is so much fun! Nothing is off limits, if you see a mountain top you can climb to the top of it. The game also doesn't hold your hand like other games in the series. The is no annoying companion to basically point you in the right direction. If you want to go to the final boss, you can TRY to go to the final boss...and die.

My kids love this game and there is so much for them to do. We don’t own many video games, but this is one worth having.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my gamer boyfriend and he hasn't been able to put it down. I enjoy watching him play as the graphics are beautiful and the open-world gameplay along with the story are great through their discovery aspect. For both Zelda- and regular gaming-fans alike, you will not be disappointed :)
