Promised one thing and didn't get it

I chose Best Buy for this purchase , because of the pre-order bonus. When I picked up the game , I was told they had no bonuses left. They shouldn't have accepted any more pre-orders than they had bonuses to supply. That is a poor way to do business.

Called and the customer sevice rep did nothing but blame the ontrac vendor. Luckily got updated an hour later back to same day but never got preorder bonus. Game so far is ok, some creative problem solving, but spent 10min conjuring an enemy to distract evil link as i threw rocks at him wahoo
