Customers frequently mention the engaging gameplay and charming art style as major highlights of "The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom". The story and puzzle-solving elements also receive praise, with many finding them enjoyable and well-designed. However, some players have noted performance issues, including frame rate drops and a somewhat cumbersome menu system. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall reception appears positive.

Old Zelda Formula
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It was a pretty fun game that brings back elements of the zelda formula such as classic dungeons and having a companions. Although I was not really as attached to tri compared to other companions such as Midna or Navi. Even if Navi was a little annoying at the beginning you grow to miss her. Tri was kind if just there tbh. The echoes mechanic was interesting and the puzzles were good but I did find myself brute forcing it with swordsman mode and just downing a bunch of energy potions. The combat with echoes could have been better. All in all a solid game.

You actually play as Zelda
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. What a great fun game building on the style of Links Awakening. This time, you actually play Zelda in a Zelda game! If you are a fan of the series and liked Links Awakening, you will likely like this, the new gameplay elements are fun

Great addition to the series.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This version is fun and unique. I like the 3d top-down look on a retro-style format game. My wife and enjoy this iteration in the Zelda/Link series.

Back to Old School?
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the game follows the story line, but the old school limited view is annoying after playing Tears of the kingdom. the top-down view took some getting used to. The swordfighter ability is timed, and energy the bar quickly depletes while in this mode, so if you're a hack and slash player, this will challenge you to think of other ways to defeat the monster. over all the game is good.

Pretty good fun... fun... fun...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Short and sweet, Echoes of Wisdom has enough insight to avoid overstating its welcome. The puzzles are nice, the graphics beautifully styled, and the collect-a-thon gameplay makes the gremlin brain go brrrt. Combat can be a bit of a slog, with you mostly sitting back to watch your summons struggle with basic enemies, but the creative freedom is probably worth the slight detriment to pacing. The game also sandboxes you: go anywhere you want and explore different regions in whichever order strikes your fancy. Overall a lot of fun and worth a playthrough.

Fun Zelda game focusing on puzzles and creativity
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over a half dozen full dungeons makes it feel like a classic Zelda game, but that moves a bit further away from direct combat and more into puzzle solving. Has some Tears of the Kingdom DNA in an Ultrahand type of feature, but also mixes in some voxel gaming features (Minecraft, Dragon Quest Builders) and lots of monster summoning. A really fun adventure though not very long - a bit shorter in length than its contemporaries in A Link to the Past and Link's Awakening.

This one will echo throughout your mind for a whil
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I really like this Zelda game. It’s unique and different but still kind of not different at all in anyway whatsoever. You should try it, honestly. You would definitely enjoy it, for hours at least. Please give me my $400 gift card as advertised with every single review you told me to write that you never actually dispense out of $400 gift card because I think you’re actually not serious about doing it. You just want people to fill out reviews and you are falsely advertising $400 gift cards because like literally who wins it?

A Real Zelda Game!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Breath of the Wild almost got me hooked, but not quite. I'm just too into the old-school Zelda stuff. Give me those dungeons, the town gossip, and all those cool gadgets you unlock as you go. BOTW just didn't scratch that itch. Even Tears of the Kingdom didn't quite feel like a real Zelda game to me. But Echoes of Wisdom? This is the real deal. If you're an old-school Zelda fan like me, you're gonna love this one. It's got everything we've been missing!

Perfect execution of the premise
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A slightly different take on old top down Zelda games: leaning more into puzzles and exploration than combat. Which makes it feel like a neat half-way point between the Link’s Awakening remake and the Breath of the Wild games. Like all they want you to “break” the map and go explore. And you can go into old school hack and slash for limited times, sometimes that is the “wise” thing to do, but the focus on puzzles and exploration help this feel like it really is Zelda’s game.

Great gift for all Age's
|Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this as a gift for my partner and they were not disappointed. I was also not expecting the game to be as fun as it was. She loved the change in play-style with the new mechanic, being able to approach combat and puzzles in a different way with some strategy made for a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone that loves Zelda games.
