He is 7 years old and has had some difficulty in the game, getting "stuck" and not knowing what to do next.

When it comes to Best Buy time and time again anytime you try to get an item shipped to your house it somehow gets lost and takes 3x as long to get it. Honestly all the issues with Best Buy is why I refuse to shop there as often. If I can go somewhere else first, I will.
