This is the best way for someone new to Link's Awakening to play the game. The changes Nintendo made make this a joy to play. However, the game currently suffers from framerate issues which I would not expect a $60 game to have. This is also a short game at about 10-12 hours, so that price starts to make you question if it's worth it. If you are a fan of Zelda or have never played it before, this is a classic Zelda game worth experiencing.

Great, I enjoyed this game a lot. this remake is rare since it was an original gameboy game and the artwork is amazing and should be used for a lot of future Gameboy reamkes.

Never played the original, but this game is such a great 2D Zelda. I loved playing through it, it had a different story from the regular Zelda games and the gameplay was great. Totally recommend

This game is a beautiful remake of the classic 1993 links awakening, and is very sweet and short story.

This is Zelda old-school meets new school. Not a difficult Zelda but fun, addictive, challenging enough and clever as heck! At least 40 hours of fantastic gaming!

One of the best Zelda games gets a remake and it's almost as good as the original. Buy it.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is one of my very favorite video games. The style, etc. on the Switch is terrific.

As someone who was introduced to the Zelda franchise by Breath of the Wild, this game infuriates me. Where BOTW has creativity and flexibility in how you can solve its ouzzles, this game has tedious rigidity. Beating this game bascislly requires you to have either plsyed it begore or constantly read walkthroughs to learn the obscure method for progressing a dungeon. Andif you mess it yp, there hoes30 minutes of your tome. Backtracking and traverings is a chore. Avoid this game at all costs. Someone would have to pay me to play this again.
