The art is so cute and well done. Even though the game is relatively short I really think it was worth it for the updated experience. I highly recommend checking this out if you're a Zelda fan who didn't get to play the original.

This was wonderfully redone for the modern age. As far as Zelda games go, this is one of the shorter ones, but its still good!

Incredible journey through the past of video games. You will get lost and spend hours searching until you stumble upon the answer. Don't look cheat by looking up answers online and you will experience early RPG gaming in its fullest.

A wonderful retelling of a classic gameboy game. If you never played the first or even if you have and want to relive the fun, this is a great remake of Link's Awakening.

If you’ve played this game on the original game boy, this remake is like visiting an old friend that you haven’t seen before. The upgraded graphics and few changes are definitely welcomed but nostalgia factor will definitely hit home. Highly recommended

I purchased this game along with a shiny new yellow switch lite. I've played the Gameboy Color DX version and absolutely loved it. Its a Zelda game so you an expect all of the good things that come with it. The switch version stays true to the formula with updated graphics, music and gameplay. The bokeh effect is fantastic and the animated cut scenes are a nice touch. My issue with it is the framerates drops from 60fps to 30fps when ever you transition from map to map or enter/exit and dungeon or underworld

Bought on Black Friday for $40, never played the original, really enjoying the game. Everything is cute in a way I didn’t expect myself to enjoy so much, but the game is very charming and makes you want to explore and see more.

This game was just cute from beginning to end. I already knew how it ended, but really didnt want it to. Nintendo NEEDS to start a Side Zelda franchise that keeps producing top-down Zelda titles like Links Awakening.

This game is beautiful . I had the Gameboy color version back in the day. This new switch version is gorgeous, and incredibly fun to play. My kids love it too, and have started playing this as well. If you love The legend of Zelda, you have to get this game.

shouldve been like 35 40 then itd be a great game but its alright and great for a weekend of play but is pretty short

Link’s Awakening was my very first Zelda game so having a remake that is accurate and faithful to the original really brought back memories. The game is a little short for a switch game but understandable as it is an HD remake of the original GameBoy game.

Now, this is how a remake should be done. The graphics are charming and vibrant and the art style looks like your controlling little plastic figurines. All of the same gameplay is retained but the new coat of paint really brings this classic gem to life.

This was a gift for my child and they love it. They have played previous versions of this game.

Great game but has no replay value. Very fun and challenging. Try to get it on sale or buy a used copy.

This game is a complete overhaul of the Game Boy game of the same name. It’s visually appealing, with new textures and hand-drawn looking characters and world. It’s cute and fun, with plenty to do. My only complaint is that I wish the game was longer!

Nothing brings back more nostalgia than a classic game that I grew up on! This remake of Links Awakenings is nothing less than perfection! Timeless indeed! I had a lot of fun playing this game and I enjoyed every single minute of it!

If you remember playing the original, the game will be a fun throw-back! Even if you haven't played the original, it's a fun game in its own right. Definitely smaller and easier than some of the other Zelda games, but fun none-the-less.

Relatively fun game... storyline is EXTREMELY linear. So not expect a similar game play as breath of wind. Breath of wind is leaps and bounds better than this one. Very short storyline. I guess if you’re a Zelda diehard you’ll like the remake, but that’s about it.
