I played the original Zelda, what? Thirty years ago? I bought this and the nostalgia was almost as fun as the gameplay. It brought me right back and I had a tremendous amount of fun playing this.

What an epic and amazing remake. Visually a masterpiece and being able to replay the story is fun. Now with that being said; I feel the game is a must play for anyone who hasn't already played Links Awakening. On the other hand if you have already beaten the game in another version like I did when. I was a kid (black and white Gameboy) then you will probably not be challenged enough, and like myself... I still remembered where to get the next item and the next maze key, so I breezed through the game in about 9-10 hours. So for veteran players you might want to rent or wait till the game comes down in price. And for new Links Awakening players enjoy the story and guessing game of finding items and keys and ways into the mazes.

Finally got my switch, and playing Links’s Awakening. This takes me WAY back to the early ‘90’s. Loving it!!

Fun port of an older game. It’s been fun showing my girls a game I loved when I was their age and seeing them fall in love with Zelda and Link like I did.

Very nostalgic! Very cute remake of the original Gameboy Zelda.

Beat it pretty fast but really enjoyed my time. Sometimes it difficult to figure out what to do next, but just make sure you talk to people and pay attention to the hints. Games better when you don’t look up a guide.

It’s a great upgrade from what he used to look like on the game boy I am a video game collector so it’s a great piece to add to my collection

Love this game I beat this game within a week bc of how addicted I was to it, however I also lost my job, girlfriend and home during the run though but who cares about all that

The redesign of this classic game looks amazing. Try to wait for a deal though since the amount of new content for a reworked Gameboy game feels a little short of a full price tag.

This game was a great companion when I was a kid and still is a good companion as an adult.

This is a great remake that retains the original charm but has a few quality of life improvements that really elevate it. It is a tad on the short side but that is to be expected of a Gameboy remake.

I really enjoyed playing this game. It is like a mix of old Zelda with Mario. However , have in mind that is a short easy game and not like Breath of the Wild. But is good for a fun time.

It’s a simple, but peaceful game with beautiful visuals. Recommend.
