I have never had a remake this good. It makes me realize how far ahead this game was for it's time on the game boy, it was just the hardware made the game complicated and the menus, since you only had two buttons. They totally fixed that, the revamps are amazing, and the game is better now. This puts it to one of my absolute favorites.

This is a great game to introduce Zelda to the younger kids. It didn’t take long for me to finish it, but some of the puzzles will definitely stump the younger ones. Overall great game.

If you were a fan of the original Gameboy version, then you won't be disappointed here. It's basically a screen-by-screen remake (except the switch version doesn't constrict your movement to individual screens on the overworld the way the original did), with an updated graphical presentation and newly orchestrated soundtrack. I have many fond memories of playing this game as a kid, and it's fun to be able to revisit an updated version of this adventure. It's a bit shallow compared to modern games, but still lots of fun. I wish there was a bit more play time for the price, but I'd say that the slick presentation and baked in nostalgia were worth it.

My kids are enjoying the game, but the graphics and environment pale in comparison to Breath of the Wild. Looking forward to Breath of the Wild 2 when it comes out (next week?)

Great for a single play through and then a trade in!

It is my 1st Nintendo game. So much fun on that ..

This is a wonderful 3-D rendering of the classic game that came out on Game Boy. On the switch, the color and graphics are crisp. Game play is great. It brings back memories of all those game boy games in the Zelda series--dungeons, moblins, characters, trendy game, Old Man Ulrira, other characters and all. Lots of hours of fun here!

I like the throwback style that was used in this game.

This Game is great. About halfway through so far so good.

Wished I would have bought this earlier. Have been a fan of the Zelda series for many years and I loved that they brought back the "Link to the Past" style of play back. I had problems really getting into Breath of the Wild, but this game was a really great return the the classic Zelda style games.

It’s a good game with good graphics and it’s addicting

Same core game as the original on GameBoy for the most part, but with updated visuals/sound and a lot of quality of life changes. An explore type Zelda game like 'Link between Worlds' where you interact with NPCs and discover the world on your own instead of the game telling you where to go each time.

This game is a beautiful remake of the original Link's Awakening and a very fun little story to play through. The dungeons are fun, but challenging and it's a great game for both new and old LoZ fans alike. Would without hesitation recommend this game to anyone as it's a great addition to any Switch library.

I have played this game long time ago on my Game boy, at that time, the game is so hard for me, and took a lot of time. Now, the NS version is came out and I wanna try it again.

1st time I have ever played this game. Its a lot of fun.
