The Legend of Zelda Link's Awakening was my first ever Zelda game on my OG gameboy. When the remake came out I was super excited of course to revisit my favorite childhood game. The new design and graphics are amazing. All in all, I really enjoyed this nostalgic game.

This game is an amazing remake of The legend of Zelda Link's Awakening from the old Gameboy, great graphics, control mechanics, music and an overall nice gameplay, if you are new to the game or you want to revive the old adventure, look no further, you will enjoy this game.

By far one of the most adorable remakes of any game I've seen. I didn't get to play the original when I was younger, but the game is still a lot of fun. The animation is detailed and looks gorgeous. I highly recommend for any Zelda fan or someone trying to get into it for the first time.

For a game basically unchanged except for new graphics, audio, and some better gameplay, its surprisingly short for a modern game, coming in at under 15 hours. Its not a bad paint job though - though I wish the headache-inducing haze at edges of screen on the overworld were an option to toggle on or off. The create-your-own-dungeon mechanics of Dampe's Shack are the best new feature, although the difficulty of dungeons you create yourself are mostly limited to the monsters' strength rather than navigational complexity or puzzles. Suitable for all ages.

This is an excellent old school Zelda game. It's a remake of the Gameboy game from about 30 years ago but with the graphical overall you would never know. If you are a Zelda fan and like the original Zelda on the NES or the Super Nintendo Link to the Past I think you will love this game.

Let me star off by saying that i hate most remakes of games. They seem to either use the old graphics scaled up or redo them entirely and loose the feel of the original completely. This game did it right. They redid the graphics but kept the original style gameplay. Its simply perfect.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening is a faithful 3D full-color HD remake of the Game Boy version. While everything got an upgrade there is also a brand new dungeon creator feature that allows for added replay value. And don't forget to break out the Zelda related Amiibo for bonuses.

This game definitely brought back classic vibes of the old Link’s Awakening. With plenty of puzzles and classic action as the old, this game will definitely bring back old fun memories. The game is not a quick beat either so that’s a definite plus for a game that’ll last a while.

This game is amazing. I remember playing this on the original gameboy and having a great time. It was a welcome distraction from all the beatings my dad gave me. The art style in the remake is colorful and the controls have been modified to work well with the Switch. Highly recommended

I bought this game to add to my daughters collection of switch games. She hasn’t stopped playing it since I got it I should’ve saved it for a Christmas present but I wanted to play it too. Lots of fun and I would recommend this to anybody that owns a switch

I have always LOVED most Zelda games and this was no exception!!!! I even got stuck in a spot that was hard to get to! Great for thinkers and readers. It helps my kindergartner to read faster and for application

This is a decent port of the original game, and it works flawlessly on the Switch Lite. Kinda expensive for a port, but that’s Nintendo for you.

I had forgotten that this was the first Zelda game I ever played when I was 6. I didn't make it very far in the game back then so it's nice to be able to play it and know what I'm doing! The graphics are beautiful in a unique way. It's a fun game that I have a hard time putting down.

The game looks a lot better than how it was presented in previews and is more than a faithful port of the game from Game Boy. Being able to create dungeons gives it some Super Mario Maker replay ability. Hard mode comes back and it's no slouch. The game is short much like the original.

I like the game as it’s based off of a very good Game Boy game but I’m a little disappointed with the performance on the Switch.

You won’t get a lot of hours out of this game since it’s just a redesigned version of a much older game, but it’s still a lot of fun to play if you’re new to it. The art style and music are very vibrant as well. Nintendo did a great job of remaking this game with a childlike feel.

It was a fun game with the classic feel but was pretty easy and didn't take too long to beat. I like the idea of rebooting the old Zelda games.

First time playing this game. I decided to go with the upgraded graphics as the best experience, Not disappointed really, the game is great. However, the frame rate seems to drop every now and then. If you are a fan of the series you wont be disappointed.

I played this game once many years ago so i was looking forward to the updated look. I got my hands on the game and was pleasantly surprised at how hilarious the graphics are. My nephews also enjoyed the cutesy character designs. Overall very satisfied. Looking forward to kore games

Perfect fit for the switch. Everything could be summarized as an improvement with more to do and see than in the original release. Only thing missing is the photo sidequest from the DX version but it makes up for it with plenty of content. A must have for switch owners young and old.
