Remember playing this on the Gameboy can't wait to see how Much i remember from that old Game in this remake

I love this game. I’m from the old school. While I like the modern games, I miss the classics like A Link to the Past. I enjoyed playing this where it played like a classic game but with modern graphics. I’m hoping they do some more remasters if there classic games.

This is a true remake of an older Zelda title of same name. The graphics have been updated to show 20 years of improvements, but the gameplay is same as back then. If you enjoyed the game back then or never played it, this is a fun top down action adventure game!

Great game and a must play for Zelda fans. The graphics are very nice and clean while keeping the original spirit of the game intact.

If you loved the old school Zelda, this would be the game for you. If you are too young to have played this game back in the past, still the game for you. An all around classic and looking as good as it should for today!

If you are a fan of the original classic than you will enjoy this installment. The game honors the classic very well, from the gameplay to the music. There are added features like the dungeon creator helps the game standout as a new game. Totally worth buying.

As a long time fan of the traditional LoZ games and formula I can confidentially say that Link's Awakening is a gem! I'm about half way through it and can't put it down. And the new art style it was given looks gorgeous! A must own for any Switch owner/LoZ fan!

I’m a big fan of Zelda games, and just started this game. Art style is playful and gorgeous. Never played the original, so I can’t comment on how true it is to the original , but it certainly has that retro gaming style of play. So far so good.

Link's Awakening was my favorite game as a kid and I've been desperate to get around to playing this. As far as remakes go this is one of the best ones around. Incredible soundtrack and gameplay. Anyone who enjoyed older Zelda games should play this.

I really enjoyed this game. It's nice to have an adventure game sometimes that doesn't last 60 hours and that gets right to the gameplay. It feels like the original or Link to the Past. It's a bit easy if you played all the older games, but I totally recommend it.

Played this game many many years ago when it first came out and loved it then, so much more now! Felt like a brand new game and if you love the Zelda series it is like going back in time but with a much more colorful feel.

Link's Awakening was definitely one of my favorite Zelda titles growing up and I'm stoked that Nintendo made the decision to revisit it, with an amazing new art style and gameplay tweaks. The graphics almost resemble that of a toy playset and I'm here for it. Outside of that, it's the game you know and love for a new generation. As much fun as I'm having so far though, the game does have some performance issues, but hopefully they'll be addressed with a future patch. Regardless, it's a great time to be a Zelda fan.

My kid thought he really wanted this but if a kid thinks it’s going to be a like Breath of the Wild, they might be disappointed.

While Breath of the Wild set an all new standard for the Zelda franchise it is still great to have some old school Zelda action. The new art style works great even if it has been done for a lot of titles lately for the dreamy Link's awakening it fits.

An awesome remake of an awesome classic! Recommend to any classic Zelda fans.

Excellent nostalgia. I loved this game way back when. Replayability is a little low though, once you 100% the game, I didn't feel inclined to do it again. The updated graphics were excellent though and the controls smooth and intuitive.

Not only does this game have that nostalgia factor but there is also new content to make it feel like it isn't an entirely new game

Fantastic remake of an amazing game, it looks and plays great. I played the original on Game Boy when I was a kid and this game holds up well (with better graphics of course).

this is an amazing remake. i recommend everyone who owns a switch to play this game. the art style is gorgeous and it provides everything you can ask from a top-down view zelda game. took around 18 hours to play the entire story.

The art is so cute and well done. Even though the game is relatively short I really think it was worth it for the updated experience. I highly recommend checking this out if you're a Zelda fan who didn't get to play the original.
