I hadn’t played the original version of this game but I’ve played virtually every other game and I have to say this is by far the most enjoyable Zelda game I’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much Nintendo!

This game is really solid for boomers. A lot to explore and do. I’d say if you want a set path style game to avoid it though. You should really jut tackle this one with not many other titles on your queue.

Everything from the classic GameBoy version is there with a new diorama art style on top. Good for a revisit but even better for newcomers. Framerate shows that it could have used a little more polish.

I love the legend of zelda and I played this back on the gameboy the updated graphics and smooth gameplay bring back all the nostalgic moments when I was a kid great game very fun definitely worth owning

I remember playing the original Link and how much fun we had with it. So after recently buying a Nintendo Switch, the was one of the first titles I purchased. Definitely worth it.

Amazing game. This is a must have if you are a fan of Zelda. The graphics look great. The only downside is randomly the game slows down like the switch can't handle what's going on.

Nice change of pace. One of the great things about the Zelda series is that they don’t take themselves too seriously. They put out a mix of intense and fun games. This one leans back towards the fun side.

An excellent remake of one of the most unique games in the Zelda franchise! If you don't mind the almost toy-like visual style, fans of classic Zelda should definitely enjoy this.

The Zelda series is my favorite video game series and Link's Awakening does NOT disappoint. Great controls, great graphics, and that unmistakable Nintendo "sheen". LOVED EVERY SECOND OF IT!!!

Very funny Zelda game for all ages! A great remastering of a classic game I would definitely recommend to all gamers even those who have never played a Zelda game before.!

Great game but a bit hard to understand at first..

Great Game!! My wife used to play it growing up, so she's helping guide my son thru it. That gives me time to watch Letterkenny without having to explain anything along the way.

This remake is absolutely stunning! I love they updated the visuals but stuck to the heart of the game.

I never played a Zelda game before Breath of the Wild, so I tried this out and got that same sense of wonder and immersion like with Breath of the Wild. Some spots make it obvious that this game is from the early 90s (a dungeon room with a puzzle that has no rhyme or reason to solving it, it’s just trial and error), but just look up a guide if you get truly stumped. Overall it was a blast!

Brings back all the memories of playing the original game. Be warned though, that the remake does have issues maintaining a smooth framerate. Should have had a 30fps cap

Great remake of an already great games. Hours of fun to be had. Great updated version. Runs great on the switch. Would be great to get other updated versions for other Zelda games for the switch.

I love these old Zelda games. This one does not disappoint. The controls are easy and the game plays well. It is not very hard, just enough to keep you playing and trying to figure out what to do next.

Man, this is just one game in an exciting lineup of Fall releases this year. I wasn’t a fan of Breath of the Wild, but I love this throwback to the old-school Zelda games. Definitely worth the purchase.
