Legend of Zelda is obviously a classic but Nintendo hit the nail on the head with this game. It is very well designed and is beautiful to play. They essentially built the game from the ground up, and it shows. Storyline is amazing as always, no complaints, the frame-rate drops every now and again but that can obviously be fixed with an update.

This is a full remake of the Zelda game on the gameboy on the switch, so if you were a fan of that this is great! The visuals on the switch are nicer and it has a nice nostalgic feel. Really, the biggest different is the graphics which makes it worth playing since the switch is able to provide that experience.

I have never had a remake this good. It makes me realize how far ahead this game was for it's time on the game boy, it was just the hardware made the game complicated and the menus, since you only had two buttons. They totally fixed that, the revamps are amazing, and the game is better now. This puts it to one of my absolute favorites.

Great remake of a classic. The dungeon builder element that was added is really fun and brings lots of replayability to an already fully satisfying game.

This game is so much fun! It is a must own if you have the switch. I recommend the physical version of the game. I do not like digital games. Digital games won't be available years from now when Nintendo drops online support. Buy the physical version for all of your games!

If you were a fan of the original Gameboy version, then you won't be disappointed here. It's basically a screen-by-screen remake (except the switch version doesn't constrict your movement to individual screens on the overworld the way the original did), with an updated graphical presentation and newly orchestrated soundtrack. I have many fond memories of playing this game as a kid, and it's fun to be able to revisit an updated version of this adventure. It's a bit shallow compared to modern games, but still lots of fun. I wish there was a bit more play time for the price, but I'd say that the slick presentation and baked in nostalgia were worth it.

Stunning toy like artstyle mixed with classic GB gameplay

This is a wonderful 3-D rendering of the classic game that came out on Game Boy. On the switch, the color and graphics are crisp. Game play is great. It brings back memories of all those game boy games in the Zelda series--dungeons, moblins, characters, trendy game, Old Man Ulrira, other characters and all. Lots of hours of fun here!

If you enjoyed the original game on the Game Boy, then this is an excellent game to play. The pacing is great and it doesn't drag at any point. Modern quality of life features have only made the game better. If you're a stickler for consistent 60 fps, then maybe look up performance reviews before buying. It didn't bother me personally.

This is a remake of a fantastic gameboy game and the updates are amazing. It's not as long or expansive as breath of the wild but it still is a fun game.

Amazing game, this is a classic with a beautiful upgrade

Same core game as the original on GameBoy for the most part, but with updated visuals/sound and a lot of quality of life changes. An explore type Zelda game like 'Link between Worlds' where you interact with NPCs and discover the world on your own instead of the game telling you where to go each time.

Wished I would have bought this earlier. Have been a fan of the Zelda series for many years and I loved that they brought back the "Link to the Past" style of play back. I had problems really getting into Breath of the Wild, but this game was a really great return the the classic Zelda style games.
