This is one of the most overlooked Zelda games, as most people were turned off by the motion controls. The inclusion of being able to use a traditional controller made this a must have for me.

Another Zelda remake to keep the Zelda fans satiated until the next BOTW2!! Skyward Sword gives another chance for fans to enjoy the game on an updated and more widely available platform

It's great that Ninty is moving some of its best games over to switch. Many people likely didn't get a chance to play this on the Wii / Wii U

Skyward Sword has always been one of my favorite Zelda games, but this remake is already my favorite. It's only been out for a week, but it's still so much fun, especially with the new controls.

I really wanted to like this game but the controls are not ideal. Motion control is annoying and the alternate control feature still isn't perfect. Pros: Great story, and it is a Legend of Zelda game. Cons: I just can't get past the control features.

Better price, great game!! Better graphics than the one on the Wii as well.

Daughter has played this game: really likes flying the birds, and the controls are much better then they were on the Wii…

I remember getting this game launch date on the wii without even knowing what it’s about and forgot about it. A few years later got this and now I’ll be able to play it in its entirety

very cool game if you never got to play this game during the wii era it’s probably way better to play it on the switch now due to the lack of the nunchuck being connected to the other wii mote

I missed out on playing Zelda Skyward Sword for the Nintendo Wii but was able to pick it up and start playing it on the Nintendo switch. So far so good I’m enjoying what I’ve played so far.

If you're a Zelda fan, this is a great game. It's linear but enjoyable. Great puzzles to solve and great characters. The new controls work well too if you don't want to use motion controls.

Great remaster, I played halfway through on WiiU and got bored given the gesture controls. Now that they aren't gesture I really like the game and was able to finish it

Great game and my grandson loves it. It is a good quality game considering it is remastered from from the original for the Nintendo Switch. It has a good story line and decent mechanics.

This game was unplayable on the Wii because of motion controls. Thankfully this game lets you play with the controller. It does take some time to get used to the game, but thankfully the game eases you into it. Game is good, not great but definitely worth the revisit if you couldn't or didn't play it on the Wii

Huge Zelda fan. Already own this game for the Wii, but wanted to have to option to play without motion controls. The updated Switch version did just that!

its classic. its only inferior to the newest zelda title -breath of the wilds. i couldnt get a bonus item that comes with the game but the game itself was great

I'm glad that i can play Zelda again in HD. this game is a masterpiece. you shouldn't be reading reviews, go buy the game, play the game and feel successful.

When it came out for the Wii, the motion controls put me off. Now I can lazily sit in my couch and flick away those Joysticks to get the job done. Other quality of life changes have been added to streamline the experience and the visuals have been upgraded to Full HD.
