Great game, motion controls are fun. I really enjoy combat in this game

This is a pretty good HD remaster. Amazing story and gameplay. Only gripe is the flight motion controls.

A stunningly beautiful remaster, with upgraded textures. Added pro controller support, camera controls, and autosaves make this game superior to the original on the Wii 10 years ago. The game is the origin story of the Legend of Zelda series and filled with lore. Gameplay wise it serves as the perfect Link between the 3D Zelda games which began on the N64 and Breath of the Wild on the Switch. Trailers for Breath of the Wild sequel show a strong connection to this game.

Very fun Zelda game! The controls take some getting use to.

I've played nearly every Zelda game on every platform, and this one is definitely one worth owning. Skyward Sword wasn't the best game from the outset, but there is no denying the remaster is better than the original.

First time playing it’s really fun it takes some time to get use to controls but other then that it’s really good

A lot of people talk smack on this game when it originally released on the way. A lot of those negative comments how to do with the motion control but I love the innovation of it. There’s a nice upgrade to the visuals and it feels like a new game. Well the addition of the button controls is nice, it does seem like the motion controls have taken a step back since the days on Wii. This is due to the fact that there is no longer the motion bar that sits over the TV.

Gameplay is a little dated, but I'm enjoying it. Updated graphics and controls are great. If you played N64 back in the day, I don't feel like the look button is a big problem when not using motion controls.

Love the game, especially on the Switch, good graphics, Fun to play, I like the optional controler action.

I love The Legend of Zelda and this is the only Zelda title I have not played. The Shopping experience that Best Buy provided was truly remarkable. They gave me this special gift to myself at an amazing price., and delivered it straight from their local store to my doorstep within the day. The delivery honestly increased my excitement towards playing this wonderful game and Best Buy truly made a dream come true this Holiday Season.

Great game for older kids/adults. This review is based on that. Very difficult for younger kids.

I had gotten rid of my Wii before this game came out. So, this is the first time I have played it. I understand it is supposed to be where the Zelda series started. The story is good so far but my biggest gripe is the controls. They’re pretty bad. Many times the motion controls don’t respond well. I seriously don’t understand why Nintendo just didn’t update the controls to the standard layout of previous Zelda games. The game is not hard but the controls make it so. If an update comes (doubtful) I’ll probably play it. But as is I think it’ll gather dust until I sell it.

Yet another classic from the Zelda franchise (if you don't hate motion controls), brings back great memories of the Wii era, and I'm glad we have a uniquely motion controlled adventure with Link

The game is just a piece of art. Chef's kiss. I love the fact that the story provides a lot insight in regards to the zelda lore. In my opnion the game is a piece ofawesomeness. A must have for a nintendo switch collection.

I never got to enjoy this game back when it dropped on the Wii back in 2011, so it was nice to play it a decade later - the motion controls aren't quite as "precise" as a Wiimote and a sensor bar, but to calibrate things on the fly rather than setting a remote down on a table is a huge plus. The timing of this game's release and the upcoming Breath of the Wild 2 title seem a bit convenient though, lol. All in all, game was a solid purchase.

Great game, the graphics and controls are improved from the Wii version! A must have for any Zelda fan!
