An old classic remade for the modern day. If you passed up on this game 11 years ago, try it now. The revamped control system may be initially clunky, but it is intuitive. The game design is some of Nintendo's best work, and the story will keep you captivated.

While this remains one of the lesser titles in the entire Zelda franchise, that bar is still incredibly high and with the tweaks and adjustments this release made, the game’s better than ever. Music is top-notch, and the story os simply lovely…

So much better than I expected. Really fun art style, memorable characters, and great dialogue. The controls take some getting used to but theyre not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. A really great Zelda game, might be my new favorite behind BOTW.

Nintendo took their time with this game and you can tell. From the graphics, to the combat system, and even the world building. It's all phenomenal. If you own a Nintendo Switch and don't have this game, you've lost the plot

With a physical disability, I can't use the motion controls. I was a little worried about the analog controls, too, as I read they weren't implemented very well. They take some getting used to, but they work fairly well. Release OoT on Switch already, Nintendo!

A very nice enhanced port of the Wii game. Graphics are very good. The quality of life changes are very nice. Using the pro controller vs. the motion control scheme of the original takes a little getting used to, so using the joycons are recommended.

Glad I finally got the chance to enjoy this game. Missed it originally on the Wii. But that doesn't change the feel due to the system, slight nostalgia brings me back to those days of motion controls. My only real complaint is how often I need to sync where the gyroscopes are to get the best use of the pointer, but that seems to be a limit on the technology as Super Mario Galaxy on the Switch had the same issue.

Got this on DOTD $30 plus tax. Great price. Game was a little slow at first but the temples are real good. I never played the original. The sword play is a little weird with the right joystick at first but you get used to it.

I've played multiple The Legend of Zelda games and the majority of them have been breath taking and so much fun that I've replayed them multiple times. This game is in the middle in my opinion, it has good animation and storyline but just having to go back and forth to the sky and ground gets tiring and something irritating if you're trying to relax.

I loved playing this game! I was finally able to play this game and it was worth the rate. The only bad thing is that some of the controls don’t make sense for the switch.

I got this game because I loved BOTW and wanted to explore some more Zelda games while waiting for BOTW2. Although I haven’t spent nearly as much time playing this, it’s still a really great game! It has helped to hold me over in the mean time. I’ve only used the regular mode though so I can’t comment on the motion controls which allow you to swing your sword.

Been wanting to play this for awhile. It's nice to get a "back story" canonically, if you get my meaning. Order came in on time and in just as a good condition as picking up from the store. Thank you!

many people did not like the game when it first came out. but with the HD release on the switch it nullifies a lot of arguments that people had for the original release. i do highly recommend getting this game if you are/were a fan of the zelda series

First time playing this game. It took a while to get used to the controls. Best way to play in my opinion is using the joycons instead of a gamepad. You have to use the right joystick when using the gamepad for attacks. With the joycons, you swing it instead. When panning the camera, you have to hold the L button or keep pressing LZ to center the camera. Other than that, it's been fun!

If you’re a fan of Zelda you need it own this game. It was originally designed to be used with the Wii Mote but the controls were re-designed to work with the controls available to the Switch. I think they did pretty well all things considered.

A modern classic remade once more! All irony aside, visiting the skies above and the great fields below will be a trip through nostalgia you won't be able to put down as you hack and slash through one of Link's earliest adventures in Hyrule and beyond!
