The item itself isnt much but i was more fristraded that it was all scratched, the shipping was not gentle to the package.

Getting a reserve was easy, but the box was in rough shape when I picked up.

I want to make something clear: This is an absolute fantastic collector’s edition. However, every one I’ve purchased has been damaged in some way or another. After 4 attempts to find a very good edition of the game, I officially give up. Hope someone out there has a better experience than me.

Tears of the Kingdom Collectors Edition is overpriced in my opinion. $130. It should cost $100.

As someone else noted in their review, these are shipped out without any protective packaging, they are thrown into a box (without bubble wrap or air cushions) - they then arrive delivered in a damaged condition. And now they're no longer available to return or replace, Hugely disappointing for a limited edition release.

This is not for the game, but review of best buy shipping. The box arrived already opened and was only packaged in a plastic bag. Not even a bubble mailer. Box is damaged virtually all over. Will not be using Best Buy again for any thing collectable.

This item is great. What I didn't like is that the box came bended and in the bottom the tape was slready broken as if the item had been opened. I do not know why Best Buy sent me an open item when I was buying it as new.

Item is great but they ship it in a box the same size as the collectible item gets damaged on the corners denting/crushing the box. I would not get online but in person instead next time

Please pre-order a game elsewhere if you are interested in playing on the game's release. Best Buy will delay your game copy several days if you try to order one here. Go find a store that can promise release date shipping if one exists, or perhaps consider avoiding collector's editions entirely and go digital if you want to play when everyone else can. Would love to see the game copy removed from future collector's editions so people can still have nice items without feeling as though they are punished with delays for spending more on the game than they had to.

Box came all messed up and for it being a collective item i wasnt pleased at all. About 4 buddys of mine got the same thing and the box was the same. Box looked like ot was already opened.

The transaction was smooth, great communication. What I didnt like is that this is a collectors edition irem. When I unboxed it the corner was damaged because of it being poorly packaged.

The game is good but shipping quality is not, the collectors edition came in a box with no protection no bubble wrap or anything to protect this expensive collector edition so the collectors edition box came dented and damaged im not happy at all you would think for an expensive item like this they would take the time to package it well protected so it wont arrive damaged and since its sold out i cant return it I will be purchasing else where until bestbuy packages items with protection so items dont get damaged ):

Packaging was really bad. It seems like they don’t care at all about it. I’d be extremely hesitant about buying another special edition at BestBuy.

The art book is extremely disappointing. They didn't bother translating any of the text, it is all Japanese. And there really isn't any order to it, it's random.

Box was badly damaged. Not happy about it. For something so expensive it should have had better care for it

Box was damaged with a few blade marks, and as it is a collector’s edition there are no ways to replace it. I wanted it and didn’t think I could find it somewhere else so I accepted it in those conditions. Talked with costumer support and their options was accept it or return it, unfortunately.

It gives you like ten bucks of merchandise for double the price of the game

Love the game but as usual with Best Buy it was packaged terribly for a collector’s edition
