The store tried to give my wife an opened box and when she tried to get a different one they initially refused because the other boxes were “reserved for other customers” fortunately another employee accepted to swap boxes. How could they try to give a customer an opened collector’s edition item?!

This review is only about shipping experience. Basically bestbuy put this collector's edition in a slight larger brown box without any protection (i.e. bubble wrap or air cushions). Since collector edition is very heavy, so the collector box is 100% to be damaged. (worn corners at best).

Game is great. The problem is that Best sent me a box that was already open and crushed....cant get a new one because there isnt anymore. I feel like they didnt think the packaging through when they sent it. Got it in a plastic bag. It was a big disappointment to get a crushed box.

Picked up my order and as i was about to drive off i noticed my collectors edition was tampered with seals to the box were broken seems to me they wanted to take a look at what was inside.

Like others this review is only regarding the poor shipping experience. I received the collector's edition dented and scuffed due to the lack of any packing materials.

Item was picked up and box was opened ,$130.00 for a collector set and it was already opened and basically they told me at the store nothing we can do

Love the game but the box arived all scratched and dinged the book was a little messed up to so that was disappointing unfortunately.

Worst site experience. This site is hot garbage. I wish bb would fold so something less terrible could fill their void

Too much empty space in boxes and no bubble wrap. Pay for these items to arrive in good condition

I'm in love with the TOTK collector's edition. It was really difficult to get ahold of at first. I love the art book especially which was why I wanted it.

I was very excited to get my hands on this. I had to check back frequently but my patience did pay off. As a Nintendo fan and in particular a Zelda fan I was excited to see to get my hands on this collector edition. I do enjoy the quality of the art book and the selected image was a solid choice. I would also rate this game an easy 9.5/10 for myself. I definitely recommend it if you can get it.

Absolutely gorgeous game. 10/10 playability and visuals. Innovative and fun. The freedom this game allows you is rivaled by no other game on the market. I've spent hours and have barely scratched the surface. Game of the year stuff here. The package is nice as well. The steel book case is awesome.

This collectors edition is so nice in my display shelf. The game itself is amazing. Put so many hours into this game already!
