TLDR: Botw sequel feels like a simple expansion that doesn't justify the $70 premium price. Basically botw 1.2 same game with a superglue ability. Weapon durability is still a problem, lack of proper dungeons, mostly the same enemies and npcs. Weapons in general were very harshly nerfed to force the fuse mechanic and due to the extra times the menu is needed the flow of combat is heavily impacted with multiple pauses. It's an alright game but what could or should have been an expansion pack for botw doesn't justify the $70 price tag. If you got bored of botw or found any of its mechanics frustrating they are all here and then some. Avoid this one.
