Incredible open world rpg with extremely creative game mechanics. Highly addictive and super polished.

This game is phenomenal! There are endless things to do, it has a much better story than the prequel and is a testament to how good the development team behind the Legend of Zelda game are. Easy game of the year, arguably my most favorite game of all time!

This was my gamer wife's most anticipated game and let me tell you she is super impressed. The thought that went into the whole Zelda game series is more than amazing. It is mind boggling fun and entertains for hours. Best Buy is also the place to pre-order Switch 2 so we are waiting for that also!

By far one of the best Zelda games. I couldn’t believe Nintendo was able to top Breath of the Wild. The $70 price tag may be scary but coming from a huge fan of Botw, I immediately got my moneys worth from the game from just playing within the first day!

Game of the Century!!! Indescribably immaculate. Fun, thrilling, incredible storyline, gameplay, and game mechanics. Perfect mix of old school Zelda themes and new open world creativity and exploration. Cannot highlight enough just how amazing this game is.

I was a big critic of Breath of the Wild, but all of my major criticisms of that game have been addressed in Tears of thr Kingdom. One of the best open worlds I've seen. Lots to do and see. If you own a Switch, I'd say there's no reason not to get this.

Capitalizing on the success of Breath of the Wild, Nintendo has not only made a great sequel but they also made a phenomenal exclusive for the Nintendo Switch. If you enjoyed playing BOTW, picking this up is a no-brainer even with the increased price point.

This took everything from the first game and cranked it to 11 not only redisigning the land but adding skys and deep below through caves and a chasms the size of the entire map!!! Get it now!!! 50 hours in still not done clearing the main land map.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom It is, as of the date this opinion was published, the best exploration and adventure game of at least the last 10 years. It gives you the possibility of passing the game in about 40 hours. or as in my case recording each area of the map about 250 hours. The soundtrack and sound effects are magnificent and immersive never tire. Any fight, dungeon or sanctuary can be approached in multiple ways. Everything related to graphics, mechanics, physics and lighting is perfect, it looks like a Ghigli movie. Regarding performance, it goes constantly at 30 FPS, I never had problems or crashes and it has almost no bugs. The game far exceeds its predecessor and that is saying a lot. It is a safe purchase, if you buy it physical it will never lose its resale or exchange value.

One of the best games on the switch. If you liked Breath of the Wild you will love this game. Everything has improved from the pervious game and this game gives endless exploration. I have played over 90 hours and still have so much more to explore.

I've been playing this almost nonstop since release date. I purposely haven't watched videos and I can never seem to run out of things to do. I feel like the side quests and story are very well done and the depth of exploration is almost unparalleled.

I thought that a return to Hyrule would be more of the same, but I was blown away by all the new mechanics! This is a sequel and considerable upgrade to Breath of the Wild, and though the world is familiar, it is fresh with a new story and abilities.

One of the best Zelda games I have played. My partner is really into Zelda so he played it first. I avoided all the spoilers after that I ran through this game. Graphics are awesome. Only second to the story line.

I recently purchased The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for my Nintendo Switch from Best Buy, and it has been an extraordinary gaming experience. As a direct sequel to Breath of the Wild, it expands upon its predecessor's open-world design with remarkable innovations.

I didn't get my pre-order bonus, that was a bumer. However, tokt is a great game that allows you to put your creativity to use and build whatever you want. If you just want to play it as a classic zelda game it also allows you to do that.

This new Zelda game seems to follow gameplay very similar to the last game in the series, Breath of the Wild. Nintendo has seemed to have taken the formula and improved on it in many ways. My kids are constantly discussing and referring back to the lore, characters, and lands that they encounter. It seems that the main storyline can be played through fairly quickly- but there is more than enough to sidetrack you beyond the main narrative. So to summarize, if you are a Breath of the Wild fan you will really like Tears of the Kingdom. If you prefer LoZ games from prior generations, the open-world may be off-putting or lacking in general direction. If you did not like BotW, this sequel may not hit for you- but be aware that games like this are why you probably bought the Nintendo Switch in the first place.

Great plot and plenty of side quests. The graphics look great for a switch game. There are so many places to explore and quests to do that you can put as many or as few hours into the game and still love the story.

Incredible game. It has elements of many mainstream titles all packaged in a game of Zelda. The map is Huge. There are so many things to do. Some titles like assassins creed give you endless boring tasks. In Zelda the t rewards make it worth it. You need to use your brain for the puzzles. Whether it be how yo get a chest out of the river or manipulating objects to get you where you need to go. It has it all.

Wonderful game! Lots of great hours and always so fun to go back to!

What a follow up to BOTW, this is probably the best game I’ve ever played!
