If you liked Breath of the Wild, you'll LOVE this! Theres so much to do, new adventures, new concepts, story with some twists and turns-- its seriously just so much fun, and i can't stop playing it!

Even if you've played Breath of the Wild, this is a must-play as well. The game world has been expanded to below ground and the sky, the physics sandbox has been greatly expanded with the ability to create your own contraptions, the shrines and puzzles are funner and more imaginative than ever, and the rest is the typical Nintendo formula for a great game (immersive soundtrack, smooth fluid gameplay, colorful graphics, etc.). It's a masterpiece. The most memorable game experience of 2023. I can't wait for the next installment!

The game is fantastic. It is a huge improvement on the previous title in many ways and really feels like the developers listened to feedback and criticisms. Where before towns felt like one-off stops to replenish supplies and then move on, now each location has multiple minor questlines and stories that makes them all feel alive. The weapon crafting system makes up for the durability system by making it so it isn't such a big deal when a weapon breaks and now every monster feels worth it to kill to get parts to make more weapons. With tons of customization and even more control to solve puzzles how you want, it really feels like a game that is easy to get lost in for a long time.

Need I explain more? The game is perfect in every way. The story, graphics, gameplays, mechanics.... It's everything I could have wanted and more in this game. I couldn't recommend this game more.

Game of the year! It might be daunting for newcomers who didn’t played the original Breath of the wild game. I love the new mechanics and its rich story line which will keep you occupied for months!

BoTW meets scribblnauts. I would have never imagened how fun and entertaining building is in the Legend of Zelda universe. Whole heartedly recommened even at the increased price point of $70.

Boyfriend loved this game, says it’s the best Zelda game he’s played so far. Really immersive gameplay and good storyline with lots of opportunities to explore beyond the basic game land itself.

I bought Zelda Tears of the kingdom for my two daughters, and they absolutely love it. It’s an impressive game that adds onto the first game, Zelda breath of the wild. The new crafting abilities express my kids creativity and explore the world of building in a fun, new way. The map, which was expanded with floating islands and different depths leads to many mysteries which have yet to be found. If you want a game that makes you think and is long lasting, I definitely recommend “The Legend Of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom”.

My kid's new favorite game! The graphics and story are top quality. The new creative elements to the gameplay are enjoyable for a kid whose two favorite games were Breath of the Wild and Minecraft.

A solid game if you like the open world design. Some of the quests are cute and the storyline is sweet.

I've never played a Zelda game before, but I am absolutely a fan of the combat, exploration, and puzzle-solving. It feels like you're really on an adventure.

I have thoroughly enjoyed this game! It continues the fun experience of Breath of the Wild and adds its own fun and personality at the same time.

Tears of the Kingdom will not disappoint! So much to do in this game. Absolutely love putting in every second into this game. Highly recommend.

If you enjoyed Breath of the Wild, you'll enjoy Tears of the Kingdom. The world feels like it's the same size but also feels like it's doubled because of the underground world you can explore as well as the sky. This game feels more like a Legend of Zelda game as compared to Breath of the Wild which was nice, but still kind of long for that real Legend of Zelda charm that the previous games had. I kind of find myself getting bored with these games after I've beat them as compared to the previous Zelda games. After I beat Breath of the Wild, I never went back to it and have really no desire to explore and get all the treasures because I already beat the game. Tears of the Kingdom is a little better paced but again, beat it and now I'm not interested in exploring more of what the game has. Not saying it's a bad game because it's a good one. I'm just getting bored with this kind of Zelda game now. Would love to have something like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, and Twilight Princess again. I know those games are linear, but it felt like you were actually leveling up with all the gear you were finding along the way. The satisfaction is a little better in Tears of the Kingdom as compared to Breath of the Wild which is nice, but still it misses that mark with me. Would still recommend a play through for the Zelda fans, but you definitely don't need to rush to buy this game and play it. It's cool, but nothing special.

Enjoyed the game. Great purchase. Encourage all people who like open world exploration games. One of the better sequels ever played. The game feels improved from the first installment.

My worries, like many others, were that Nintendo wouldn't do enough to differentiate this game from BOTW. I explored that game world for 200+ hours, and didn't want to do it all over again. I won't get into detail, because you need to experience a lot of it yourself, but they did well to give this game it's own identity... And they went above and beyond in doing it. In the short time that this game has been out, I've already dumped around 80 hours into it because it's such a perfectly crafted experience, and frankly, I'm addicted. I do hope that Zelda returns to its roots someday, but I'm happy to have received a game like this, where Nintendo really listened to their fans.

If you loved Breath of the Wild you'll love this. If you didn't, well you'll get more of the same here. Solid open world sandbox sequel that doesn't try to break the mold. Fun

Zelda series continues to prove why it has one of the best series in all of gaming. There is so much exploring and items to find that will continue to give you more and more hours of gameplay.

9.5/10. An amazing sequel to one of the best open world games in the last decade. This is more than a “BoTW DLC”, there are so many improvements and quality of life features that make this the best version of BoTW. The only thing holding this back from a perfect 10 is the hardware. The fact that the Nintendo Switch doesn’t initiate a self-destruct sequence upon entering areas like the Depths is a technological achievement in and of itself. The 30 FPS, although manageable, really hold this title back. Nowadays 60 FPS should be the standard and not an unreasonable feat. Regardless the graphics are great considering and this will go right into my top 10 games of all time.

This game made me cut my arm off and walk around shirtless sticking things together with chewed up Trident™ Spearmint gum and prayers. No magic arm though.
