for me breath of the wild is better game. because does require doing a lot of quests to move the story forward and doesn't tell you how to get stronger for example i have 20 hearts with 2 or 3 hits get killed. doesn't tell you how to get more defend or where.

Tears of the Kingdom is the type of game that could easily takes months to complete because it's just so jam-packed with adventure and exploration. There's so much familiarity but also so many new avenues to head down. Well worth the wait.

As a long time Zelda fan this game hit all the right targets. Great open world to explore, fun dungeons and great story. The addition of the building mechanics just takes this game over the top. Its insane how much you can do!

Carries on the legacy of Zeldas Breath of the Wild. Equally incredible.

It's got everything- beautiful graphics, lovingly detailed animation, a heart-grabbing story, and more world to explore than ever. If you like solving puzzles, discovering things, and crying sometimes, this game is for you.

Somehow makes breath of the wild look like a prototype. This is everything the devs wanted to put in breath of the wild, but got cut due to time. Excellent open world adventure, with simplistic vehicle crafting with surprising depth.

I'd like to give it 3.5 stars really. So far so good, but not worth the $70 tag that came with it. You're still playing in the same environment as the last game so personally for me that's a little boring. Im not trying to rediscover the same territory that l did in BOTW with new things added to it here and there. I havent finished it mind you, but that's because I'm not as invested in it as I was with BOTW which was so fun to play! Still a beautiful game though and I appreciate the work put into it, but just a bit disappointed in it.

Best game I have ever played! It totally sucked me in, I was playing it for hours a day. There are endless options and missions, it took me almost 3 months to finish the entire game. Wish I could have the experience all over again!

Great game, with great length that kept me coming back every time. This is definitely one of the contenders for game of the year, there is just so much to do while also being so fun, and the story is great. Worth every penny.

With over twice the content BOTW had, this is just the better product. Expands a ton on the overarching story in hyrule, and helps clear up some old confusion, while providing a wonderful playing experience youll never get tired of

What ever you do don’t sleep on this game. It truly is a joy to explore hyrule in all aspects. Great story and mechanics, a true improvement over the first game which was already an amazing game! Run don’t walk to get this game

This is going to be game of the year ! One of the best stories the francise has came up with , an amazing action adventure game it will keep you entertained for hours ans hours ! 10/10 best game on the platform hands down !!!

It is single handedly the best game that has ever graced my screen

Graphics: amazing for what an oled switch can provide and despite being on older tech, the scenes are amazing in game Gaming mechanics: now coming from the first game, a bit has changed. Your previous game experience is defined by all new powers and features is the copy of zelda. You will be able to be build stuff, which go look up some cool youtube videos where japanese players who have some insane stuff they have created in game. Story: So far? Kinda what you would expect from Zelda game, your playing as a hero named Link. Versus what the title would make you think. This is sort of on purpose from Nintendo as the story is mainly about Zelda but seen from Links point of view and actions.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She said it is even better than BOTW. I haven't had a chance to start my own game yet but from what I have seen the story, gameplay, and graphics are awesome.

Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is an amazing open world so things to do. This game picks up right where if left off with Breath of the Wild in terms of quality and gameplay. This is definitely one of the game of the year candidates.

Tears of the Kingdom is peak Zelda. The mechanics from Breath of the Wild are fine-tuned for the new environments above and below Hyrule. The story elevates the stakes of the previous entries while also contributing a bounty of new and enjoyable lore. It follows in a tradition of games in the series that serve as sequels - Majora's Mask to Ocarina of Time, Link Between Worlds to Link to the Past - where players are shown the same characters, settings and mechanics but with improvements or variations on the model set by the predecessor. Tears of the Kingdom feels like it is not only a fantastic sequel to Breath of the Wild, but also to Skyward Sword and Twilight Princess. I'm so glad I was able to find this at my local store and hope a lot of people experience this game for themselves.
