This game was absolutely fantastic. There’s so much to do and explore. Collectathonists will be busy. I was definitely worried considering the same overall map was used, but they changed enough to the world that it was different but felt familiar, without just feeling like a copy paste job. I easily did 50+ hours, I’ve lost track of the time on this game. It would have easily been more if I didn’t decide to just suddenly focus on the main story. Many quests, many things to collect, many hours of fun no matter what you decide to do.

This is a phenomenal game. It’s more of what we loved from previous Zelda games in an open world adventure where your creativity can run loose

Has a lot of the same great exploration and puzzle-solving in a familiar but changed setting. Great game and continuation of Breath of the Wild.

This game is massive! If you loved BotW and wanted more of what make that game amazing, then TotK is for you. The map is 3 times the size, with so many things to do its hard to imagine ever 100% completing the game. It can be overwhelming to someone not familiar with these style of games so I suggest following the games suggested path in the beginning until you get comfortable. As a fan of Zelda games since Ocarina of Time, this game fullfils on being a unique gaming experience that feels nostalgic but next gen at the same time. Highly recommend.

Did you really need to check the reviews before buying? Ok, fine…it’s definitely not for everyone. A lot of time must be dedicated to complete the story and people who don’t like solving puzzles or creating things should steer clear. Besides that the game is a wonderful addition to the franchise and should be played by everyone.

They basically fixed everything about breath of the wild that everyone was complaining about (climbing wet walls and slipping, and overall traversing), included some really easy glitches (as of version 1.1.1), and some of the best visuals for a zelda game period. However, take it with a grain of salt that the performance is not as great, in high density areas youre gonna see major frame drops. But ganondorf... Whoooooooo boy is he one fine gerudo man lemme tell you

I am replaying this after a year, still love it! Best game I have ever played with endless possibilities. I just started showing my grandson the storyline so I can share the love I have for this game with him.

[Employee of bestbuy] TOTK, like BOTW before it, is a true must-have game for anyone that owns a Switch. Sequels don’t always live up to their predecessors, but this one does, & then some. The developers somehow blended the open-world beauty of BOTW, with the creative freedom of Minecraft. It’s a completely new game, with just enough familiarity for fans of the franchise. It’s definitely more challenging, & full of side quests, alternate solutions, & new enemies. The map(s) are vast, & there’s more than enough content to justify the price.

I was there for the very first Zelda game...and I think this is my favorite. Masterpiece, for sure.

bought this for my friend i think she like it. Zelda games is known for solving puzzles, exploring the open world. tihs game is only on switch. so my friend had to upgrade his nintendo 64 to play the latest Zelda game. eight year old console still putting out Quality games.

If you don’t know this game is fire by now, you might wanna check your pulse. This is arguably THE BEST Legend of Zelda series game since Ocarina of Time. There’s no shortage of fun to be had with this game. Whether you’re building your next ingenious engineering masterpiece or you find yourself wandering Hyrule’s less beaten paths in search of stunning views or hidden treasure, you’re sure to enjoy yourself. There’s no reason to debate purchasing this game. It’s simply 10 out of 10.

I think I’m about halfway through the game and honestly it’s an easy game of the year contender. The arm mechanic with building, molding, and just creating; weapons, mechanisms, and vehicles has distracted me so much from the main game. The game runs amazing on the standard switch considering how much anxiety there was about frame rate up to launch. The game feels super polished and fun. No complaints other than it’s just so easy to get lost in the world which really just shows how great Nintendo is at crafting the world of Hyrule.

This game is so massive and fun. I played over 50 hours and wasn't even playing the actual storyline! This game has something for everyone!
