This game is awesome, you can have a sword, shield, mace, slingshot, bow and arrow and your trusty steed, Epona the horse. this game is great because of the length and the graphics/sound effects are awesome too!

    Best Game for Wii

I haven't play too many Wii games ( considering on got the Wii for christmas), but this is by far the best Wii game. It's not like im a crazed Zelda fan either, this is the first Zelda game I have ever played. I love all features of this game such as, the different types of armor(the zora armor, espicially), different weapons ( Bow and Arrows, Sword, Clawshot, boomarang, etc.), how you become a wolf ocassionally, or very often depending on how you play. I have currently 1day 1hour and 45mins. of cummulitive playing, and im not even half way done with the game, therefore the game is EXTREMELY long, but thats not a bad thing. The problem for other gamers, not all, is that u must be a quick thinker, otherwise, yo'll surely die.

Nintendo really went the Extra Mile this Time

I've played The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess about twice now and I still think it's unbelievable, and I've owned the game since Christmas 2006! The game itself is addicting beyond belief, and often keeps me playing long into the night. The main storyline seems to go on forever, and I mean forever. The list of side quests is jaw-droppingly huge, enough to keep you addicted deep into the night and up until the early hours of the morning. Any Legend of Zelda fan, from those crazed about the series to those trying it for the first time, will not be disappointed, nor returning this game anytime soon. Guaranteed. Not only do I think this is a great buy, but one of the best games I've ever gotten. Period.

The best Wii game that I have played so far!!

This may make me a little partial to Zelda in general but I have been playing Zelda games since the very first one in 1986, so to say the least I LOVE ZELDA! But if the game sucked I would still tell you!! I'm no where near finishing this game but what I have played so far I like allot! This is an all around good game. It has a good story line; the game play is challenging but not to challenging and it makes you think. The only thing that I don’t care for is during the storylines throughout the game you have to read everything........it doesn’t have voice overs like PS3 and 360 games. I still like the game allot and I suggest buying it!!!!

A good game. Compelling story line. Reminds me of Zelda for the 64. The Wii Controller give a whole new level of gameplay. An all around great game, a must have for any Wii owner.

Been a Zelda fan from the beginning. Best one so far. I have trouble getting my son away so I have a chance to play. WII controls make it much more fun and interactive.

    Top Level for Wii

TOPS, TOPS, TOPS, the list for the Wii. I have approximately 10 games for the Wii, and I compared all of them against Twilight Princess before I bought them. I wasn't much of a Zelda fan until this game. But now, I'm in. If you're wanting a game that pulls you in and entertains your gaming desire, there's no better choice than this. Also, you may get hung up along the way. My advice, do an internet search for a Twilight Princess walkthrough and it'll help (a lot).

    I Love Zelda!

I have always been a big Zelda fan, and I play every Zelda that comes out ever since the first one for the NES. I have loved all of them (except the second one made for the NES) and this one has some unique features. With the Wii remote it allows you to swing Link's sword, aim at the screen to use various objects such as the sling shot, clawshots, bumerang, arrows, ect.. Moving Link around the screen is easy with the Wii's nunchuck controller. This game, like all Zelda games, requires some thinking which keeps the game interesting.

I'm sure that there are about 10k reviews around here detailing EVERY LITTLE DETAIL about this game and why its good. So here it is in a nutshell: Its great fun, looks amazing on an hdtv in 16:9, its better than the GC version for the controls alone ( i played the GC version first because i couldn't wait to get a wii and it was still worth it to pick this version up.), and it holds in my book a very very strong second (almost first place) for the best zelda title. (ocarina of time being the best.) you wont regret this game.

    Link ROCKS

Have not played Zelda since the original and found this game to be awesome and like the secrets, skills, and up-to-date imagery to the original and keeping it true to form. Like that each task has a multude of things and hidden items to seek out. Like the two-fold character interaction in each level (Wolf and Link). Story and some of imagery in sky remind me of Paper Mario. Recommended to friends and chat it up with fellow Wii players!!! Love the double remote play with the nunchuck. The sword fighting and targeting is great!

    Best Zelda Ever!!!

Without a doubt, before playing this new addition to the Legend of Zelda franchise, The Ocarina of Time was my favorite game of all time. There was no way that I ever thought Nintendo, or any other developer for that matter, could ever make a game that I would enjoy more. However, Nintendo has done it again and offers by far the best role playing adventure to date. I wish everyone owned a Wii just so they could enjoy this adventure as much as I did. Buy this game, it will change the way you view video games entirely.

To the person below me (reymeysteriofan), to get the cat back to the house you have to catch a fish over on the bridge where the cat is, and then let it go. The cat will take it back to her owners house. Although it's sometimes confusing in the fact you don't know what to do, I've been able to figure it out eventually. Love the game, and although I've been playing almost non-stop since christmas, and have gotten pretty far in the game, there's still so much to do! In other words, its not a short game.

I love this game. Now granted I am a huge Zelda fan, but this one is so much more fun than others in the series. I love how the swordplay is done with the Wii motes. It feels like you are in the game at times. New weapons to discover. Tons of tasks to perform. The world is very elaborate. Being able to morph into a wolf and all that entails is very cool too. Highly recommend this game for all owners of the Wii even if you have never played a Zelda game before...expect to get lost in it for days though.

Really fun game. Takes a little while to get through some puzzles, but that's half the fun. Of course, when I got stuck fishing for an hour unable to hook anything, I had considerable frustration. FYI, you have to yank the remote not just a little, but a lot. I mean go from point it at the screen to pointing it straight up at the ceiling as fast as you can. Then you'll hook a fish. It's not quite the Ocarina of Time, but all in all a very fun adventure through light and darkness.

Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from this game. The controls were different, you turn into a wolf and I already cringed at the idea of aiming with the Wiimote (it sucked on another game). But this game proved that Zelda is one of the best franchises ever and has plenty of room to evolve and branch out simply because of the fantasy world it's set in. If you love the series or if you just want to add an amazing game to an admittedly slim Wii library, get this game!

This game is perfect for most of people. The persons that like action games and adventures, fights and epic wars, they´ll like this game. One thing that some people might not like is that in this game there are many puzzles and you need to be VERY patient and most of the times is probable that you will be stuck for and hour in a level because you just can't discover what to do. This might get a bit boring but after all is a great game, I love it, is my favorite game.
