    Its LOTR on Blu-Ray, what else can one ask for? Agreed its the theatrical version but you can't beat the $19/- price for three films.

  • Great Video Quality but Poor Sound

    I bought this BR 3-disk set to replace individual DVD versions. The video quality is great, but the sound quality... not so much. Even with the volume maxed out on my Bose home theater system, there was not much bass. To put it another way, the DVD versions shook the house, the BR 3-disk pack did not.

    Once I upgraded my system we had to see "The Rings" on Bluray. 4K and Blueray makes every scene just jump off the screen.
