I bought this BR 3-disk set to replace individual DVD versions. The video quality is great, but the sound quality... not so much. Even with the volume maxed out on my Bose home theater system, there was not much bass. To put it another way, the DVD versions shook the house, the BR 3-disk pack did not.

Once I upgraded my system we had to see "The Rings" on Bluray. 4K and Blueray makes every scene just jump off the screen.

I was going to get the standard version, but a $10 upgrade to high def wasn't a problem. Overall good value for three movies.

The movies are great on their own, but this is a nice collection of all 3 with some bonus material too, in a neat single box set.

Great movie trilogy that has aged well after all these years. A few scenes here and there are a little rough with the dated cgi.

Comes with 3 disks, one movie on each. All of them come in one case. Exactly what I was looking for. Cheap too. Worth it!
