The Lord of the Rings Trilogy Bluray is a great item for those who want to add an instant classic to their movie collection. The 3-in-1 allows less space to be taken up and the Bluray edition gives the excellent picture quality that allows you to enjoy this movie to the fullest. A great buy!

This was a great buy! All three theatrical versions of LOTR on a single blu-ray! Only downside is that they're not the extended versions...but hey, whats a few extra minutes! If you're a fan you definitely should add this to your collection :)

These movies are still great to Watch even after almost 15 years since the release of the fellowship. Here you get the blue ray of the original theather releases. While great i recommend getting the extended versions if you can afford as they offer much extra content worth the extra cash.

I've been a fan of Lord of the Rings for a long time and have the collection on dvd. We tried watching the movies on our 4K tv and it did not do the tv justice. Decided to purchase the collection on blu ray and Wow! A visual stunner. Simply beautiful picture and sound.

I have extended editions collection and enjoyed them. Howerver, extended editions are too long for younger/teen 1st time viewers. That's why I picked up this theatrical version for them to watch.

This is exactly what i was looking for. I wanted to show the kids this trilogy, but I didn't want to spend a ton of money on all the extra added features that they would never watch. This is just the movies as they were seen in theaters all in one shot. It is great.

I only have the DVD copies before, but watching them in 4K TV, I can see that the DVD copies picture become "pixilated". Now, with this Bluray bundle, I ended up watching them all over again because of the crisp, clear and vibrant picture that bluray delivers in 4K.

Love how cheap (price) this trilogy is. I don’t mind missing out on the extended versions as these are already long movies - though getting more content would have been nice, but of course the $30 difference is what makes you think is worth it.

This is the cheapest, best way to own the original cuts of the lord of the rings trilogy. These versions don’t have the green color filter and are the cuts Peter Jackson prefer due to the faster pacing of the extended. I own the extended cuts and bought these just to have both versions. It’s a shame the extended box sets didn’t come with both cuts, hence the four stars.

I own the original DVD extended multi disc set. I purchased a new 65 inch Q6F TV and a 4HD Ultra bluray player. I bought this bluray version and am very happy. I hope we do get a 4HD release in the future.

Bought it after watching the Fellowship on Netflix. I needed to see the rest all over again since I last saw them as a kid. All 3 movies back to back are great and very full of adventure to watch. Cant wait for a 4K version.

LOL I bought the trilogy on my unexpected journey into Best Buy. I was looking for the Hobbit 2nd movie but I seen this at a cheap price and decided to purchase it. After all its the first 3 movies and they are all exciting to watch. I think it was $10,

There's honestly not much to say other than what is in the title. Contains all three movies (without the extended scenes unfortunately) and cost me 15 bucks so a much better buy than the 60 something dollar collection.

If you are a LOTR fan and don't own these movies - you should. Blu Ray provides Exceptional quality without the added expense of 4k and is much better than dvd format

The video quality is great, and at $20, it's a great deal! And it's a compact set, which is very nice because it saves shelf space so you have room for a couple more movies.

The movie is a classic in itself and watching it in blu-ray is a visual experience only bested by actually being there. Having watched the movie previously in the regular format this was a treat seeing even more clearly than before. Highly recommended.

I am a fan of this movies. The set is wonderful and I like the blue ray version on my high definition TV. No problems with the discs. This was a gift and this are much better than my previous ones which are not blue ray

I kept longing for the extended versions which I own on DVD, but snagged this on sale for $14.99 and couldn't be happier. Looks fantastic in UHD and there is some value to only 3 hours per movie as opposed to 4 LOL.

Tolkein's masterpiece is here perfectly rendered in 3 glorious movies. I watched them in theatres and now at home twice. A wonderful representation of the books, which I have also read. To say I am a big fan is a total understatement.

All three Lord of Rings movies, on blu-ray, for only $19.99? How can you possibly find something to complain about? Okay, sure, you don't get extended scenes, bonus features, or a digital copy for each movie, BUT IT IS ONLY $20! I mean, come on!
