The game itself has awesome graphics, voice acting and storyline. I do want to confirm it's a bit short, but I was overall happy with the cinematic experience. I played until I platinum the game. If you are looking for a run and gun game this is not a good game for you. If you like movie like single player experiences than you will love this one.

I am only about two hours into the game but I am having a good time with it. The game looks incredible and the story is good enough to keep me interested. I am also enjoying a few of the weapons introduced. I guess if full time gaming action is your thing then you might be disappointed. But I play most of my games on easy and just soak in the creative worlds and the story.

I bought this game for very cheap and enjoyed it for the most part. It's a very cinematic game and has some very cool story/lore elements that should attract anyone that likes horror/sci-fi. The gameplay is that of a standard 3rd-person shooter and works well most of the time. The weapons are interesting and fun to use. The game is only about 7-8 hours to play through and 100% should take you about 10 hours. Pick this up for $20 or less only!

This is one of the best video games I ever played.

By now most people know the hate that the Order 1886 is getting, from gamers and reviewers alike. However, I can assure you that that hate is unwarranted and mostly done by people who have not played the game. If you give the game a chance, you will find that you will actually enjoy it, especially if you love games like The Last of Us or Uncharted like I do. The graphics in Order 1886 are top-notch and probably the best looking on the PS4 to-date. The gameplay is your typical 3rd person shooter where you hide behind objects to shoot enemies from behind cover. Finally, the immersive world that Ready At Dawn has created is absolutely amazing. I cannot believe how much I am enjoying my time in The Order 1886's Old Victorian England setting. The game totally draws you into its world. The only draw back is the pacing of the story is slow at times and seems to not really go anywhere. However, if you like great gameplay and graphics that are in a game that is story driven, you will enjoy The Order 1886. Don't listen to the haters. Definitely give it a chance.

I think the quality/quantity ratio of this game really squashes the whole game length debate. I'm about 8 hours in and not done with the campaign, AND I am for sure going to be playing through at least one more time, if not more. The graphics in this game are hands-down the best I've ever seen in a game. I was floored by Second Son whenever I played it last year and this game eclipses that feat completely. The amount of polish in this game is unreal and it's incredible the number of scenes that you are in control of where the game actually has to remind you because it just looks like a cutscene. The easiest comparison for me is Uncharted and though I don't love this game as much as Uncharted, it is not far off in terms of quality. The weapon variation is fantastic, the AI difficulty is solid, and the story has really compelled me. The lore is very interesting and well-told. If you like cover shooters and story-driven fare, you owe it to yourself to play this game.

Gaming has been a passion of mine for 34 years. I have seen many companies try and fail to accomplish what the Order has succeeded in doing,melding gaming with Hollywood cinematic values. Let me get this out of the way The Order is hands down the best looking console game I have ever seen. You will not find a better example of the graphical potential of the next generation of consoles. If you have played an adventure game,third person cover based shooter or semi-interactive cut scene heavy game in the last 15 years,than you know what to expect from The Order. This isn't a knock against the game mind you,just an observation. It has taken these modern gaming tropes and polished then to perfection. The combat is visceral and tight I was head shotting enemies with my pistol and setting the battle zone ablaze with my thermite rifle in a matter of seconds. The learning curve is non-existent to anyone that has played the genres mentioned earlier. The QTE button promted interactive cut scenes are forgiving,other than you have to be on the ready at all times. They snuck up on me the first time one happened and I learned quickly cinemas weren't for putting the control down and taking a break. The real time cover based shooter mechanics will be instantly familiar to anyone that has played Gears of war on the 360 or Uncharted on PS3. It is very polished only hampered by the occasional depth of field effect making it hard to sight distant targets. Now for the story. I love alternate history stories. Imagine if David Fincher directed Sherlock Holmes with universal monsters thrown in for good measure. The Order may not be the perfect game for everyone,but it came at the perfect time for me. In a time in the industry where games are released broken and heavily patch to achieve some semblance of a working game. The Order is polished to perfection.

There are no glitches it runs smoothly which seems to be a task for publishers (especially EA). But it is a short game, the graphics and details are brilliant the story-line flawless. I really think there is value and it is a must play title but the game is short so I really don't know if I can fully support this title, I am crossed.

The Order received mixed reviews before it's release. I'm glad I didn't listen to those reviews. The game has an amazing story. It's like you're playing through a movie. The graphics are the best I've seen on a console, bar none. The gameplay is sharp and really good. It's cover based like Uncharted or Gears of War. The only complaint is that I wish it were longer. The game is so good, I was left wanting more. If you have a PS4, this is a must own title.

after the first hour of the game it was a really fun but the first hour is full of long cut scenes that you can not skip. after that you still get cut scenes but more game play which Is always good. graphics and story are awesome just a little slow. would recommend the game none the less

To enjoy this game you have to enjoy the rich, detailed environment. If you take it all in and don't speed through the environments its a feast for your eyes. Im a long time gamer and I've never seen anything like it. It does have some limited interaction with the environment but it's a trade off well worth the beauty, story and eye candy. The weapons feel great and I have found the characters and story engaging. All I can say is don't let the review sites sway you. Try it and decide for yourself. I did and Im truly enjoying a game that has set some new graphical standards on PS4 for others to benchmark themselves against. I expect even great er things from this franchise in the future.
