The Persistence has quickly become not only one of my favorite PSVR games, but also just one of my favorite PS4 games in general. There are currently quite a few very good PSVR games available, but a lot of them are somewhat short or have small development teams, which means they sometimes don't feel as polished as larger releases for the PS4. The Persistence is one of the PSVR games that could compete with any current gen video game for story, graphics, length, polish, and overall game design. The game is dripping with atmosphere, and is one of the most immersive VR games I've played to date. While it doesn't currently allow use of the Move or Aim controllers, the immersion in this game is so good that lack of motion controls hasn't bothered me in the least. And the atmosphere invokes plenty of tension and dread, which in this case, is a good thing. It's also very rewarding to upgrade your character, even though you'll die a lot, to get stronger and more able to deal with enemies. Overall, I'd place this in my top 2 or 3 favorite PSVR games, and I currently have a library of about 35 to 40 games for the PSVR. I highly recommend this game if you like atmosphere with some tension and good scares, and not just jump scares. I hope to see more from these developers in the future.

One of the best survival horror games on PSVR and also its one of the hardest ones out there. Limited on ammo,limited on supplies,you must make your way through the ship in order to find the items needed to advance, but die once and its all over

A must buy virtual reality game, One of the top five for sure. If you have the PS VR headset, then this is a game you really need to purchase. Long and involved, will keep you playing for weeks.

Its hit enough of the sweet spots to make a good horror game for PSvr. Its got a lot of the tension and timing done right. Worth a Play-through if you have invested in the VR setup.

I really like playing games in VR, and this space horror game is really good, well worth buying this game if you like virtual reality.

This game is part of the reason I picked up a VR bundle. I love the Dead Space series and was told it’s kinda like it.

Basically this game is heavy inspired by Dead Space, but for the PSVR! Not nearly as scary as I thought it would be, but plenty challenging enough and stealth is definitely the focus here. You have to be careful so as not to alert your creepy enemies, you don't go rushing in, guns-a-blazing! Highly recommended!

Very intense horror, stealth, shooter. Worth a buy, especially for $16.

This is one of the more suspenseful games I've played on VR. I like the overall experience and the game-play is definitely enhanced for it being on VR. For those not afraid of a more suspenseful and scary setting this game can be a lot of fun.

One of the best VR games I’ve played! You won’t regret buying this so get it! You must be patient and tactical though, not an easy game. Dead space Vr compares it best, if your a fan of that genre.

Wasn't expecting much from this game, but this one really surprised me! Great atmosphere and VR integration - definitely would recommend for something looking for a new, horror filled PSVR game.

This really is a must own if you have a PSVR. It offers a really unique horror-esque rogue-like action experience that can be replayed a ton.

This is the most fun I’ve had with the psvr yet. Graphics are good and there is plenty of tension adrenaline filled moments. Highly recommend!
