But not good either. They have a select few songs on this album that are a good listen, but as a whole this album falls short of what I would expected from avenged sevenfold.

I bought this without reading anything on it because I like avenged sevenfold so it's partly my fault. I should have done more research before I bought it. This is different than their last couple albums. It's very moody and drab. It was expecting to rock out and head bang but this CD doesn't want you too. I understand sometimes bands want to do different things and that's fine but just don't expect the same avenged sevenfold. Hopefully their next CD will rock out like "Hail to the King" and "Nightmare".

Sevenfold is one of my favs, this cd is back to the city of evil sound. I loved Hail to the King, this cd is less metallica sounding and more classic era sevenfold

While I am a fan of the band and have seen them several times live I just have to say this album didn't live up to my expectations. It's still a good album though.

For every good track there are 2 forgettable ones. Good guitar riffs, like a good "Guitar Hero" album. Volume is low so you need to crank it up to feel it.

I am a huge Avenged Sevenfold fan. I would definitely buy it because I own all their music but so far none of the songs have really done it for me.

Longtime Avenged Sevenfold fan. The Stage is a CD that should be listened to prior to purchasing. Has good points and some (WELL?) low points.

So I thought this cd was going to be like Nightmare, but it was just Hail To The King Part 2. Nothing spectacular, but no horrible either.

I've never been a bit A7X fan but I have liked some of their music, my wife though was a fanatic about them. The Stage has been disappointing to me....I don't know it's just lacking something. My wife was excited when she was surprised by a new album release but unfortunately she too has been disappointed. This would probably be an okay album if their last couple of releases weren't so good. The Stage just doesn't compare.

This CD was a purchase to fill me back up with Avenged Sevenfolds music. I have always liked Avenged and this was a decent CD.

I have all the Avenged Sevenfold cds. This is good music but not your normal Avenged Sevenfold. I was a little disappointed.

After the lackluster Hail to the King, I was hoping this would be a step up but again, only a few songs worth listening to.

This is a decent album from Avenged Sevenfold. They do not break too much new ground with this concept album.

I preferred Hail to the King, but if you like the older Avenged Sevenfold albums, this sounds much more like them.

A7X is one of my favorite bands. This album was a disappointment to me. Too experimental. Very slow and boring.

Always been a big avenged sevenfold fan, this one is a little different. Not bad, but different.
