Avenged Sevenfold is one of those bands that can make an album about one subject and carry it through the whole premise, flawlessly. They have proven that each and every time they release an album. So if you like your Metal with a story concept, pick this up you won't be disappointed..

the release surprise, the way the label sprung it on their fans.. brilliant.. the music? Fantastic. Avenged is back to the sound they were known to bring their fans from the beginning. Extremely happy about this.

The Stage seems to be a spiritual successor to City of Evil and Nightmare. The album has a consistent theme, although this album is more progressive than their previous releases but not really progressive metal.

I don't like this album nearly as much as Hail to the King, but I really liked the rawness and the simplistic, thrash sound on the previous album. The Stage is good, just not nearly as good as Hail to the King

If you liked their previous albums you'll have no problems liking this one. I feel this album is the same as all of their albums, the more I listen to it the harder it is to stop listening to it! Their 1st concept album but it still rocks as well as any of their previous efforts!

This is another solid Avenged Sevenfold album. The band never ceases to improve and make better music. This is by far the most intricate album to date.

At first, I didn't like this album, but the more I listened I have come to appreciate it more. It isn't my favorite album by A7X, but it is still worth a listen to see how they have evolved as a band.

This album follows the trend set in Hail to the King there are definitely some 80s heavy metal band influences. The ballad is incredible and the closing 15 minute song is awesome. There's a special appearance by Neil DeGrass Tyson which is very cool and fits perfectly.

Another great album from A7X! These days I stream most of my music but after listening to the album online a few times I knew this was a CD worth owning. Really great work here. I'm a long time Avenged Sevenfold fan and they haven't let me down with this release!

I'm a big Avenged Sevenfold fan, so I had to have this record. There are a few good songs, but nothing will ever be the same without the Rev. I recommend The Stage, Creating God and Exist.

I always thought this guys deserved to be Judas Priest succesors, and they prove it with this recording, amazing guitar solos, and the addition of Brooks Wackerman in drums is a big plus

Sevenfolds newest cd is again taking there music to new places. All the songs sound different and unique and have a very different sound than hail to the king's older rock sound. It is a cd I feel that takes a couple listens to really appreciate though.

I think this is new album is one of there better albums even though it is softer than some of there previous albums . M Shadows has a great vocal range and he shows it on this one.

Great new "concept album" from one of the latest great metal bands. Always great riffs and songs with some cool lyrics.. Different take on a new album with the whole "artificial intelligence" concept but great album. Definite must buy if your a fan..!

I have been a fan for a long time and was surprised when this album dropped. Not all the songs are great but a majority of them album release amazing. If you're a fan get this album.

Avenged Sevenfold has wowed me again with another masterpiece. The album has great vocals, awesome instrumentals, and Brooks shows of his impressive drumming skills in everyone song. This is a must have album for every fan of rock or metal music!

Another great release from Avenged Sevenfold. Hard to beat previous release of "Hail To the King", but this is very solid from start to finish. Definitely recommend picking this up.

This Avenged Sevenfold album is a good, solid album but not great. They went back to a different musical style on this one, and some of the songs seem to drag on a bit too long.

How about that? A surprise album when you least expect it. Recommended for fans of A7X, definitely needs to be listened to a few times to get the full experience. It grows on ya.

This new cd from Avenged has another new sound as the last release did. Clearly The Rev was a major contributor to song writing but with the change of another new drummer and renewed force in song structure has brought them back to TheStage
