Great movie! Good story line! 4k quality is fantastic.

I’ve been a longtime Mario fan since I was a kid playing the original Super Mario Bros on NES. I’ve grew up watching the original SMBs cartoons and even watched the awful 1st movie back on the 90’s lol. I have to say that this is by far the best Super Mario movie to date. It looks goergous on 4k, its funny, my kids love watching it over and over! I picked it up on Black Friday special for $10 so i got an amazing deal. I would pay full prize for this movie if I didn’t find such a good deal. A must add to your collection, especially for Super Mario fans! Even if you are not, the story and visuals are enough to keep you laughing and entertained, while showing off your 4k TV because it looks that good.

Having played almost every game my entire life I went in with high expectations and came out beyond pleased with how they made this movie and I was skeptical at first when they first announced it. Chris Pratt was an odd choice at first, but he did a great job as did everyone else. The animation was beautiful as always when it comes to Illumination movies. Universal has an excellent track record when it comes to their 4k releases and this one is no different, the HDR makes the film look even better. Great audio that sounded almost as good as it did in the theater . I did buy this on release day so I paid full price but if you are willing to wait I highly suggest picking this up if you're a Mario fan I can't wait to see the sequel.

Great movie my son loves it. Love the direction of the storyline they went with. The 4k looks great and sound is great i was suprised that theres a decent amount of bass throughout the movie my subs got a decent workout.

My son who is almost 1 loves this movie. Especially on my LG Oled tv. All of the kids in my family came over to watch and it made for the easiest day of babysitting ever. I enjoyed all the references and call backs to when i was a kid playing the games. Voice acting is spot on. Especially Jack Black as Bowser and Seth Rogen as DK

The 4K of this is incredible, super vibrant and a great film.

Went in fully expecting to be disappointed because there was no way they could bring back my childhood memories so vividly but I was absolutely wrong! Great movie, great voices, great story, love this movie! Highly recommended!

I wasn’t sure if this would be a good movie when they decided to make it, love the movie . It’s full of fun for the entire movie and is clean making you feel like you are in the game

I saw this film in theaters and loved it. The film completely made up for the horrible live-action film from 30 years ago. The animation and voice acting is top notch if you're a mario fan this film is worth a watch.

Fantastic movie. Excellent choice for the voices. My whole family enjoyed it and was laughing throughout. No overt political messaging (as far as I could tell). We want to be entertained, not preached at.

The visuals you get watching it on 4k blu ray vs streaming it cannot be compared. The colors and sound just POP unlike anything else!

Kiddo loves watching this over and over. 4K disc looks and sounds great on home theatre. Digital copy useful for loading onto the tablet and watching on the go.

I will probably always disagree with critics of fun movies. This is not meant to be anything more than an enjoyable experience for the family. It succeeds at that immensely. Everyone’s performance is great, but Jack Black steals the show as Bowser. They’re making a second movie and my only gripe with the first is that the runtime was a little short and it felt like the pace was rushing to a conclusion. Take your time a bit with the next one.

For a movie as bright and as colorful as this one, picking up the 4K is definitely worth it. Great audio transfer as well.
