It's a pure love letter to Mario fans, full of references, easter eggs and sticks very closely to the source material despite the celebrity cast that differs from the games. If you're a Mario fan, this is a must own! The special features are a fun watch, but honestly wished it went a bit more in depth into the creation of the movie and maybe even included deleted scenes. However, I enjoy the movie itself so much, that it's not enough doesn't take points away for. Still highly recommend it!
