Disappointed!!

I am not a gamer, was given no indication that it would not work without additional gear. It wasn’t until it was opened that my grandson found it wouldn’t work. Best Buy would not return it , so I wasted my money and my gift was really not a gift at all! Please do something for non gamers where it is VERY CLEAR that adding equipment is necessary

Communication

But stock shows one . Communication is key, when you offer hour pick up and we show up 5 hours later , between that time it would be nice to have a phone letting us know you don’t have the item . So we now have a game but no device to play it on. And they couldn’t do a return right then and there , and line was crazy long for returns.

Got Jacked after spending close to 500.00

However they would take it back! The clerk had the nerve to say take it to game stop! yeah right!! I was gonna buy another controller but not there i wont
