This may be MMJ's most robust and mature release to date. They take their sound to a new level. Each song is carefully put together with layered hooks and quality musicianship from every member. There isn't a clunker on this CD. Heartily Recommended!

If you enjoyed the MMJ cds "Z" and "Circuital" you will enjoy "The Waterfall." Nice sonic touches, accessible but rewards repeated listening, and lyrics that belong in the spiritual yearnings camp.

This album continues the variety of styles that everyone expects from My Morning Jacket. They skillfully show off their ability to write and perform songs across many genres.

One of the best albums I've had the pleasure of listening to this year. Jim Jones and My Morning Jacket have topped their previous high point, Evil Urges, and created a new landscape in which one can get lost in. Highly recommended for everyone.

Once again, MMJ has recorded an album that is beautiful and interesting to listen to! Can't wait to hear some of these songs live this summer!

I bought this in advance of seeing the show, so I can enjoy the tunes more during the concert, having some familiarity.

The Waterfall continues to expand the sonic palette MMJ has developed. The growth from its origin is admirable; they continue to successfully integrate modern influences into their Americana.

Jim James and MMJ doing what they do best. Rich sounds and interesting vocals. Stripped bonus tack is nice.

I am a big fan of this album. There is such a wide array of sounds and musical styles throughout, it really shows the awesome ability of the band members and Jim James individually.

I was happy to see best buy had this cd available for sale. My Morning Jacket is a terrific band.

Put "Waterfall" in the player and go about your business, and it's a pleasant experience. Nice melodies and a good sound. But there's nothing here that really reaches out and grabs. No songs that make you want to listen to them over and over again. Still enjoyable, and better than a lot of stuff out today, but nothing amazing.

The most amazing release yet from the Kentucky rockers. Take everything in Americana, put it in a blender, and this is the sound that comes out.

These guys continue to put out amazing albums. Might not be their personal best, but it's still better than 95% of the music out there today.

Soon after I bought this I saw them live. hearing them live and then going back to the CD and remembering made this really special.

A great album - start to finish. Great speakers or headphones peel back the multiple layers of these songs. Highly recommended.

Not as great as previous CD's by them but still good listening.

This is another in a series of good albums from this band.
