This was my GoTY for sure. The story of Geralt is a great one, with tons of fleshed out support cast. Game is beautiful to look at, combat works well and some side quests can be pretty tough, but worth it. Over 100 hours myself and I can't wait to dig into the expansions

I have spent a ton of hours on this game so far and it has been a fun experience. The in game world is huge and there is so many side quests/contracts/treasure hunts to do its crazy. I have noticed bunch of minor bugs but that is kind of expected with such a huge game.

The graphics and dynamic weather are awesome. Some of the best I have seen in a game. The cut scenes are cool too.The game though is huge and will take hours upon hours to complete (70 hours or more). I feel like I didn't even make a dent in the game after playing over 10 hours. I felt pretty lost in the story and had no idea what to do. I guess these type of games might not be for me. The game is super in depth and takes a long time to learn. I can see how some people like this, but I don't. The combat was okay, but could be a lot better. The spells didn't feel like they did much. I felt like I needed over 1,000 different materials to make stuff in the game. It felt like the map was too big with not a lot going on. Some of the quest were not interesting. I like games like Sunset Overdrive, Shadow of Mordor, Batman series, Halo series, Mario games, Star Craft 2, Zelda series, Assassins Creed Black flag and more to get an idea of the games I have played and liked.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is an excellent game. Visuals, storytelling, and gameplay are all good. Unfortunately, however, It could have been much more smoother if it wasn't for the frequent drops in frame rate or the very distracting texture pop-ins. Although Witcher 3 may not be the Game of the Year, but it is undoubtedly a solid game nonetheless.

A very fun open world RPG that creates a wonderful world to explore and adventure in.

I'm not into RPG games but seeing the reviews and people saying how great the game is I had to give it a try. I enjoyed a lot. Sooooooooo much to do in this game and the story is great. It's hard to put it down once you start.

Its the best open world and best rpg of the year. My friend has an identical tv to mine but he has the xbox one version and we see a somewhat noticeable difference in the picture quality and loading times on my ps4.

Gameplay is fun, graphics are nice, and there's a ton of quests available across a world that is large but not cumbersome to traverse. Definitely recommend it to any fans of RPGs, fantasy stories, magic, etc.

I was a little skeptical at first when I started playing this game. I wish the main story line was longer and it seems like they had some missed opportunities with some of the secondary quests and such. This game also has a lot of glitches where I am unable to complete a quest or the game just straight up glitches and the game needs to restart.

The option of joyfully adventuring through a rich, expansive open world was always there for me when I’d start to burn out. Even if the plot isn’t terribly interesting, the many characters who play a part in it are, and add in excellent combat and RPG gameplay

The world and characters feel alive, and the combat is an improvement over its predecessor--not as fast-paced as Bloodborne, but methodical and deep. Beautiful landscapes and stories await you.

This is a great game, the graphics, controls, quest markers, everything! Any issues that there were at release in terms of bugs or hang ups have been taken care of in subsequent patches.

If you like RPGs, you are going to think this is one of the best games ever made. Even if you don't, you'll still at least like it. That's just how good this game is.

Words can't display how well this game plays and feels. Game of the year by far. Far superior to Fallout 4 and it's rehashing of mechanics and outdated graphics. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys RPG's or fantasy settings. Wouldn't recommend for any kind of child though, definitely has explicit content that is made for adults. The 2 paid expansions are definitely worth your time as well with the amount of extra stuff they add to the game and the time it will take you to complete it.

Huge World! Great Story! Tons of extra content! Fun combat! Great Enemies! I don't know what there is to not like about this game, even the developers are awesome!

This is a fantastic game albeit with some minor flaws. The stories and quests are lots of fun with some being engaging having to complete multiple tasks in order to progress, while others are short to give the game a brief change of pace. I did experience a few issues with one of the quests failing repeatedly, even though I completed the required tasks to mark it as complete. It took several attempts but I managed to get the quest to finally be listed as complete. I highly suggest saving game progress as often as possible. Another bug I experienced was the dropping out of some of the sounds of the game (dialogue, music, and other noises from either NPCs or the environment). I would have to reload my most recent saved game in order to restore the sound, which isn't a huge deal but can be time-consuming because of load times. I currently do not have the expansion DLCs but I'm planning on changing that soon so my review is only of the original game.

I am a ways into this game. Graphics are stunning but there is really a lot to this game. Be prepared to spend a lot of time which also makes it a great value.

Just opening the box for the very first time it feels like a game that has a lot of heart and you can see the developers actually put a ton of time crafting this to present it as best as they could for you to enjoy. That is BEFORE you even stick the game in for the first time. Once it is in your PS4 be prepared to be blown away by the amazing fighting mechanics and the wonderful story and environment. Don't be surprised if you are caught just taking it all in.

This game is so much fun and the graphics are stunning. For me it provided a really fun challenge!

Played over 100 hours and made sure that I bought the dlc because of all the free dlc that was given to me with the initial purchase.
