First off the game comes with a ton of free stuff with the standard version: soundtrack cd, fold out map, code for digital comic book, other dlc. The game itself has the perfect degree of difficulty so the feeling of victory is genuine. The weather can be seen in the grass moving or the trees creaking. Landscape can be seen for miles and miles (feels like it at least). The developers could’ve chopped off 50% of this game and sold it as DLC but they’re on the side of gamer justice (finally a great business model for the consumer). I can’t believe I can play this massive game on a PS4. I’ve never played the other Witcher games. The story is easy to follow through simple flashbacks and reminiscing dialogue. I only wish these developers the best, and I hope they can push the market to their way of building gaming experiences.

If you love games that take a long time to play because it has so many different scenarios, then this is your game. I hate when I pay so much for a game and then it's done just a few hours later. Great story line and lots of things to do.

Not even a fifth of the way through and it's been one of the best gaming purchases in the last three years. Dense story action and characters. Little lacking due to glitches (one freeze), but other than that superb.

Great open world game that drastically improves on the systems in previous games in the series. The combat is much more action oriented and the dialog and open world combat raises the bar for open world adventure games moving forward.

I cannot say enough good things about this game. I'm currently playing through it for the second time, and it still feels fresh and exciting. The world is gorgeous and huge, and the combat is challenging and fun. A must-play action RPG.

If you like Fallout or the Elder Scrolls this is a good title. Good open world, that I really enjoyed, just feel like it needs some polishing to be the quality of the Bethesda games. Plenty of game play to feel worth your hard earned $.

I've played Witcher 3 for several hours now and while it's clearly a gorgeous game with an interesting world, I've already run into a number of problems that a top level game should never face. In every combat scenario I've come across the frame rate has dropped quite noticeably and there's been some screen tear as well. I've also found a game crashing glitch. As you enter the first pub a man challenges you to a card game. Every time I click the triangle button to skip a turn the game crashes and kicks me out to the dashboard. It's extremely disappointing how many supposed quality games are being shipped when they're clearly not read for primetime. What happened to expecting to be able to pop in a new game and not require numerous patches for it to be able to run smoothly? I'm eager to get deeper into this game but would recommend that anyone interested hold off until it's problems are fixed. Better yet, wait a year and buy the Game of the Year edition with all of the DLC bundled in for the same price as it should be anyway. Overall an interesting game that just isn't ready to be solidly recommended.

This is one of those games that are actually worth the $60 price tag., Actually since I opened up gamer's club unlocked I only payed $48 for this game and it has been days and days of fun and I am still only on the first level! Woo hoo!

its addictive game once i put ot on my ps4 console i couldnt stop playing..it takes tremoundous amount of hours and has great storyline and its graphics are amazing..i recommend using a 1080p 120 hz refresh rate its even more smoother..

I have played all 3 Witcher's but this is by far the best one.there is so much to do you could easily sink 200+ hours into the game and still not see everything it has to offer i highly recommend this game for any player and any system.

If you like action / adventure games and RPG's, this is a must buy! Incredible detail in the game. Best graphics yet on PS4. Great control, action, spells, quests, mature storyline, enemies, landscapes, characters, etc. Get this game!

Let me start by saying that this game is huge. I have been playing for well over 100 hours and I am still not finished. The graphics are definitely better than any PS4 game I have played so far. Also, the story line is simply awesome

Good graphics, plenty of varied missions and a diverse world map to keep a player engaged and entertained for easily weeks worth of play time. A DLC just came out that adds even more content should you reach the end of this title.

This is a once in a generation style RPG. It's very rare we see a game of such scale live up to every imagination of it's billing. Truly Magnificent. Can not recommend enough.

I have really enjoyed this game so far. The combat is fun and fast paced, the game looks great and the story is fantastic. There are some hiccups with for drop from time to time but nothing major and CDPR are working on patching it.

Great story great graphics. Controls can be a little clunky at times. It can be played with more thought by turning up the difficulty. Lower levels allows for progression in the game by button mashing. I give this game 9 out of 10.

...and I literally mean hours...upon hours. I'm actually new to the Witcher series, but based on what friends have told me it seemed like a great franchise. This game doesn't disappoint. The graphics are great and gameplay is fun.

I've played the previous two Witcher games, and I gotta say, its fantastic to finally be able to play one on console, let alone the ps4, which really is able to showcase just how beautiful the game really is. Highly recommend
