Still playing this, I liked the old DS version but never got to play it myself. Decided to get this when it was on sale!!! its nice so far. There are some mechanics that are confusing to me but it doesnt really affect how I see the game. Really good!

but it has horrible controls. It seems as if they got lazy when porting the original game. Hopefully, an update will be released to allow players easier combat movement.

The HD upscale is amazing however dock mode is not the way to play it since the controllers are unresponsive. It is highly recommended to play this in handheld mode. Still it is great to relive this classic DS title

I never got to try this game when it originally came to the DS, but after I was introduced to the characters in Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance, I was glad to try it once it came to Switch! Took a few years, but I finally found it on a great sale!

Many were skeptical of this game's jump to the Switch but the joy-con controls work great and this is a game whose soundtrack sounds amazing on a proper tv with subwoofers. Do yourself a favor and pick this game up for your Switch and enjoy the ride from start to finish.

Returned it because its unplayable with controllers. Lazy port from square. Not worth the price wait until cheaper if you want it in your collection.

This is a fantastic RPG. Own of my all time Favorites. Is this a Good Port... Not really. But it is still a must own game for the Nintendo switch. If you like RPG's check this one out.

This is a port of Nintendo DS game. On switch, the controls were a little strange, but overall this is a good game.

I played this on the DS when it first came out. I'm in love with it and can't put it down. Unfortunately, the Joy-Con controls are a bit wonky, however the game is still enjoyable!

Apparently this game should only be played in handheld mode because it’s practically unplayable docked. I only played handheld and it was then so far.

I would recommend this game for anyone not just the young people. I enjoyed playing it so much I can’t get away from it. Plus it really is a nice easier game to play on my new switch that I haven’t got entirely used to yet.

Really enjoyed the original. This game adds a lot of great features to improve upon it. But, in the end there isn't much added story to make this feel overly satisfying

If you've never played this before on the DS, it's a great addition to the Switch, despite it only being playable in handheld mode. Very unique title from Square Enix.

I recommended getting this if you REALLY want to see the extra week in this game. Otherwise, any other port of this game works too.

An excellent DS port. this Nintendo Switch adaptation is great on the go, but unplayable on the big screen. Be aware of that, and you enjoy the game.

Love the game. Would recommend a stylus type instrument on the switch tablet for more accurate play. The joy on controls are interesting but not great

I bought this for my husband because he loves the DS game. He has some issues (more to deal with change of gaming platform than the game) but he enjoys it.

The game control is better on The DS or the 3DS. Controls are bad on the switch

I have enjoyed playing "The World Ends With You". It's combat system moves at a good pace and keeps the game from slowing down. A good little J-RPG.
