I do feel minor stinging in the hours after use but have already noticed subtle differences in my skin, and somebody randomly complimented my skin's glow today. It has two buttons, one for light and one to control vibration. For the most part we use the main pre-programmed cycle daily.

I do feel like the light therapy has been beneficial to my skin andI use consistently. I don’t love all the vibration settings and often use with out them. I don’t bother strapping it on, rather let it rest to try to avoid marks it leaves on the bridge of my nose. Less than six months in I’m finding the charge does not last very long and am concerned about the longevity of this product which is disappointing at this price point.

Think twice or do some more research if you are buying this for somebody with any health concerns first.
