Too soon to tell. I have other Therabody devices and they have been proved to be well worth the cost (Theragun Pro and Therabody pneumatic leg compression device). I do my research and I think i pays off in the long run.

I was really impressed with the packaging and the build of the product itself. I noticed when I was wearing this beautifully made product, its VERY HEAVY on my face and it pulls down on your eyes which IS VERY ALARMING. YES you are working on your skin but now you will have to battle wrinkles under your eyes from all the pulling this mask does on your face WHICH WORRIES ME LONG TERM. I will give it a few more tries maybe readjusting the straps and trying to find some type of comfort level. For now thumbs down.

Small blemishes on face that ive had for years have faded. I havent yet seen improvement on crows feet around eyes but that is meant to take 5 weeks or longer to address

She said its not strong as commercial grade ones but it does its job after couple sessions. Its a heafty price but if your into skincare its worth it!

The product itself seems to be very well built, and sturdy and I think with proper care it should last for several years. Defective, return window is only 2 weeks

Can only get through one session. It was supposed to be a 30 day return window but Best Buy says the return window closed after 2 weeks. The TheraFace website states a 30-day return window and lists Best Buy as a distributor but it looks like Best Buy doesn't honor that. As far as the product goes, it is heavy and hurts on the bridge of my nose, but it's tolerable for 9 minutes.

Great light therapy with useless features

A ton of very bright and high-quality LEDs and even in the few days I’ve been able to use it I definitely can feel a difference. My problem with this mask is the price, the weight and the vibration motors. I wish they sold an option without the motors because they aren’t very relaxing and they are loud. Because of the motors I have to assume the device is heavier and the battery has to be larger and I really really hope they come out with a lighter version of this device with just light therapy.
