I do use red light therapy for hair and I do notice a difference so I am optimistic it will have some impact. The device itself is a little tight for me but not too uncomfortable. The main things that I didn't care for was the fact that the vibration is not really relaxing or anything .. it just kinda is what it is. The machine cycles through phases which is good but having more user control would be desirable. All in all though I like it and use it several times a week.

The vibrations are relaxing after a long day. Also the store clerks were so kind and throughly explained the ordering process since this item was not in store and had to be shipped to the store
