Everything You Need For Your Face

In the box you will find the Therabody Pro device, a micro-current ring, a cleansing ring, an LED ring, 3 percussive therapy attachments (flat, cone and micro-point), conductive gel, stand for the device, USB-C charging cord, a bag to put the device and a few things you use often and a user’s guide booklet. This device is made for easy use, unlike some devices. The charging port is located at the bottom of the device. I made sure mine was charged completely although I could have used it right out of the box as it was 50% charged. All of the rings and attachments are held in place by magnets, which hold the attachments in place very securely. The front of the device has a small display window and three buttons. The top button (wave) is for the 3 different speeds for the device. The second button (circle) is for the different settings for two of the rings. The third is to turn the device on and off. The display window shows which speed you have set while it is in use and otherwise it displays what battery life you have and the Therabody logo. To turn this device on or off, you will need to hold down the power button for a few seconds. Since you need to start with a clean dry face, I use the cleansing ring first. You can use many different types of facial cleanser with this, but they suggest not to use ones with micro beads and such as it can damage the ring. I just put a little cleanser on the ring and move it all around my face. It gives a little pulse also to help get into the deep down dirt. You will use the wave button for the different speed setting for this ring. The micro-current ring (two round metal balls one) should be used with the conductive gel as it gives a little electrical pulse to help firm and tighten the skin and to improve muscle tone. If you do not use the gel, the ring will not do anything for your skin. It will feel like two smooth metal balls going around your face, instead of feeling a little prickly or tickling sensation from the electrical current. This ring uses the second button (circle) for the different settings. The LED ring has three different lights, a red, blue and a red/infrared light. You will use the center button on the device to choose which setting you want. You will know it is working because once it gets close to your face it will change the brightness of the light and it beeps every 15 seconds to remind you to move to a different section of your face. The red light (I use most often) helps with the wrinkles around your eyes. The red/infrared can also be used to reduce wrinkles around the eyes, but it also helps with pain. The blue light reduces acne. The percussion therapy attachments each have a use. The flat one is to help relieve tension on your face. I specifically target the areas of my jaw near my ears. I feel tension there a lot and this works wonders for that area. The cone one is for around the eyes and the micro-point one is to help with circulation. Having used this for a few days, I love the percussion therapy attachments and the cleansing ring really cleans my face well. I have yet to notice any difference with wrinkles, but think in time it might just work. Either way, I notice my skin feeling and looking better.

A Life Hack/Cheat Code For Your Face

I think it’s safe to say that we all want to look the best that we can in front of our friends, strangers, and in random pictures/videos. No one wants or likes looking tired. Looking tired makes us look older than we are. I show my face during my gaming sessions on twitch, I want to look the best that I can. I am not afraid to admit that I am vain to a certain degree. However, I sometimes don’t have time for a good night’s sleep because my work has me up late at night. I’ll take all the help I can get when it comes to having my face look healthy. And after spending a week with the TheraFace Pro, I don’t feel as self-conscious about my appearance. It’s Not Complicated: Initially, I thought there was going to be a tedious prep for each use. Nope. It’s easy. The first facial device I used was the Microcurrent Ring which tightens the skin. I applied the conductive lotion and followed the video instructions (via the QR code on the handle). As the metallic orbs glided across my skin, I felt the tingling. After a few minutes, I was done, washed off the lotion and immediately my face felt ‘rejuvenated’. Later in the day, I decided to utilize the LED attachment. I set the mode for the Infrared Light because it offers to increase the natural healing process as well as reduce the wrinkles around the eyes. Or in my case, reducing the bags around my eyes due to being tired. There’s no lotion required for this attachment. Again, follow the instructions and have at it. The Cleansing Ring is another attachment where I felt the difference immediately after use. I use a little non-abrasive facial soap and applied the rubberized head and let it clean. You know that seemingly always dirty area around the corners of the nose? Mine felt honestly clean in a way that I didn’t get from a standard washcloth with soap. It Just Works: It was after the second day of using the TheraFace Pro that I had a friend tell me that I was ‘glowing’. Between that compliment and my face feeling cleaner and lighter (you’ll understand when you use it), I knew that I made the right decision with the TheraFace Pro. I’ve been using it every day for a week now. The sleepiness under my eyes is non-existent, my pores feel purged and smooth and my forehead also feels smoother as well. I also know that when adult acne rears its ugly head, I can reduce its life span when I use the Blue LED Light which is there to reduce acne. I won’t pretend to know how any of it works. I’m not a dermatologist. I’m just a man who wanted to take better care of his skin. Sure, it helps to eat properly and get a good night’s sleep but it doesn’t hurt to have a little help in between.

This little thing is so fun. I have the full body theragun so I kind of knew what to expect. But this massager comes with some super fun options. There are several different massage tips as well as the different lights and the scrub brush. The carrying case to store all the attachments is super nice and made of nice material. This charges quick however I feel like the battery runs out a little faster than I expected. Not a huge deal but I feel like it needs to be charged more often than I'd like. That's probably to do with its small size though. It fits great in your hand and I don't feel like my hand goes numb or anything crazy from prolonged use. I have the issue sometimes with the full body massager, I think it's just too much vibration for a long period of time. I'm in my early 30s and not experiencing much for wrinkles or acne so I'm primarily using this to prevent those issues. I haven't noticed any breakouts or anything which is great. My face feels great and clean. I also have used this on my neck and temples when I am having a migraine and this provides a little relief which is awesome. This is a great multi use gadget I think anyone would find useful.

    Relaxing Spa Like Experience

I’ve been using the TheraFace Pro for 2 weeks. After a long stressful day, I’ve become accustomed to treating myself to this spa like treatment. Making a habit of this seems to improve the tone of my skin. The TheraFace pro comes with cleaning, micro current, LED, and flat and conical percussive heads. They are easy to swap out and come with a carrying case making it simple for traveling with. I’ve created a routing of using the cleaning brush, flat attachment with LED, and then twice a week using the micro current head. The cleaning head also has the percussive feel, which feels good and helps to clean easier. One thing to note is that you shouldn’t submerge the device in water. I feel relaxed afterwards and it helps reduce stress. I don’t have data showing that there is a difference, but it feels good and the routine is relaxing. I’m sure there are changes to my skin because this helps me take better care of it. The device charges over USB type C, seems to keep a charge for 6-8 sessions, and comes with an attractive stand. There are three levels of intensity so that you can get the right feel for you. I do wish that the hot and cold attachments were not a separate purchase, this is a premium device and I feel like it should come with all of the attachments.

Good Investment For Your Skincare Routine

This is a good investment for my skin care routine. Pros: - This device comes with a stand and a bag. I have been using the bag most of the time and I haven't used the stand. See more about the stand in the Cons section. - The various attachments are all magnetic so it is very easy to change them and have fit securely. - The amount of attachments provided will cover whatever your particular skincare needs are. - The battery life was very good off a single charge and it shuts off automatically after 8 minutes in case you forget to turn it off. - Even though this device is made of plastic it feels sturdy. The weight of it is just right, not too light, not too heavy. - The OLED screen is the star of the show, it is awesome because it changes based on which head is attached. This helps to eliminate any confusion if you do more than one facial treatment. Cons: - Only the USB-C cable was included, no charging brick. - I don't know how effective the treatments are because I need more time with the device, so this might not necessarily be a con. - The device can not be charged while in the stand. This is my biggest con, otherwise I would have given this five stars.

I’ve had quite a few facials over the years and received a number of different treatments with light and topicals to treat hormonal acne. Well it’s too early to say exactly how this whole work overtime to help with the acne, the experience of using the TheraFace Pro was fantastic and comparable to a professional facial. Was it the exact same? No, of course not. But I have used other at home devices and this one comes closest to an “at home professional” facial. The light and massage settings are amazing and super simple to use. I have a TheraGun massager which is top notch and so had high hopes here. It did not disappoint. The light therapy it uses helps kill bacteria, and this is a common tool in professional facials. I loved the added percussive therapy though as well which added an extra relaxing element, basically massaging your face through the whole thing. I’m hopeful the blue light therapy in particular will continue to be helpful in my fight against acne. This is a pricey item but keep in mind that one professional, medical graze facial can cost $200 and more. So this very quickly makes up that difference.

As a best buy tech insider I got the opportunity to try this device out in exchange for an honest review I am am blessed with good skin my whole life with the exception of my teenage years never dealt with acne. Never really did anything special to take care of my skin or face growing up. But now I'm in my 30's and I do get slight flare ups with acne here and there and my face is oily now. Figured I'll try this product out and start taking better care of my skin. First I will say it has a rechargeable battery and is USB type C chargeable so you can use your phones cable to charge this unless you're an iPhone user. I primarily been using the Blue LED and that deep cleansing ring and while I can say the Blue LED light ring is supposed to help with acne it does just that . I have noticed less acne building up. The deep cleansing ring I use after a shower and I find it soothing to use as well. There is also other colors with the LED light uses but I wouldn't be able to tell you it it makes a difference yet. It also comes with a micro current ring as well.

    Holy Grail Skincare Product

After researching a lot of skincare devices, I came to the conclusion that I'd need at least three to get all my needs met. I wanted something for cleansing that went deeper than washing my face with my hands, light therapy for occasional breakouts, and some functionality of heat or massage to sink my serums deeper into the skin. I had different devices selected, each about $50-$100, when Theraface came out. Now I can do all I need and more, with one device. After only a week of use, I am already seeing and feeling a difference in my skin. Constant blackheads on my nose that I thought I'd never get rid of have stayed gone since the second use of my Theraface. The light therapy is helping my under eye bags and eliminating breakouts before they surface. Can't recommend this enough!

Being familiar with Therabody brand after using one of their Theragun percussive massager models for a couple of years now (and really enjoyi it), we were intrigued when they came their new product, their TheraFace Pro. My wife suffers from extreme jaw pain (related to a combination of stress and TMJ), so we decided to get the device that would potentially help relieve that, along with providing a few other benefits! The TheraFace Pro 6-in-1 is a modular facial health device. It comes with 6 attachments - 3 heads for the percussive massaging, 1 for cleansing, 1 LED light treatment ring, and 1 microcurrent - with the opportunity to purchase two additional (as a set): a Cold Ring and a Hot Ring. These all connect to the main device using magnets. The main device itself isn't very big (fairly lightweight), and the design makes it easy to use. It charges with a USB-C port (cable-only included). It has a resting stand, but it is surprising that it isn't a charging stand (and it has to be removed from the stand to charge). The instructions mention that each time before using the TheraFace Pro, you should wash your face and allow your skin to dry. The LED light ring has 3 light functions: Red - for wrinkle reduction; Blue - for reduction of mild to moderate acne; Red + Infrared: winkle reduction plus pain and discomfort reduction. We are new to the idea of LED light treatments, even though it has been around for many years. I've been using the Red/Infrared light (to try to reduce my "laugh lines" around my eyes). It's still too soon to see much of any results, but if/when it is working, I'm sure I'll be able to notice. We'll probably start having our teenage boys start using the Blue LED light to try to help with their mild acne (it would be even nicer if we could eventually stop paying for their acne medication). The one attachment that will probably get the least use from us is the Microcurrent. It is required to use a conductive gel (which a small tube has been included), which unfortunately has just strong enough of a fragrance that is bothersome to my sensitivity to certain types of scents. I did try it out once just to see how it feels, and it was OK. There are 3 levels of current, and the third/highest seems to be just a little too much (even for me who likes electronic muscle stimulation treatments for my back and shoulders, with it turned up quite a bit). The cleansing attachment is flat, but covered in soft, micro rubber tips. This design is to help with working in the cleanser of choice. The percussive feature can also be used with this attachment, which I have tried, and it does add a different aspect to the cleansing. The percussive therapy is set up just right. There are three speed levels: 1750, 2100 and 2400 rpm (definitely much lower that the lowest available for the Theragun). We've found the middle speed the most comfortable, but only because the highest seems to vibrate the nose a little too much. The three attachments include the basic flat, a cone, and a micropoint (think of a very tiny, but stiffer and pointier egg-crate bed topper). My wife will use the flat and cone for going along the pressure points around the jaw. So far, she is seeing a little relief, but will definitely keep using it more with hope that it provide more relief. Although she hasn't tried it just yet, she will probably add the Red/Infrared light therapy at the same time to see if the infrared will provided additional help. If there are any questions about how to use any of the attachments, the Therabody website has quick instruction videos, which I do recommend to view before using. This is definitely a very nice addition to the Therabody lineup and would make a great addition to your facial care routine!!

I really wanted to like the Therabody TheraFace PRO 6-in-1 Facial Health Device but I am finding it hard to say that it really does anything besides a superficial short lived refresh of the face. It is claimed to be a device that combines microcurrents, percussion, LED therapy and cleaning to provide optimum facial health. The Theraface certainly has all those things, but its effectiveness is hard to gauge after a week using the TheraFace. In review : Microcurrent – Therabody states that the microcurrent firms and tightens skin while improving muscle tone and contour. Combined with the other functions, this is supposed to help reduce fine lines and wrinkles . There are three settings for the intensity. The highest setting was way to strong for me, it was painful. I did notice that it did have some minor tightening affect. However, that almost immediately dissipated. LED light therapy – The Theraface has a red, blue, and infrared red LED light. They can be combined with other functions so to provide healthier skin. Red and infrared therapy is supposed to reduce inflammation, increase blood flow and stimulate the production of collagen. The blue LED light is supposed to help kill off bacteria for acne. Since I do not have acne, I have no way of telling if it works. After a week of testing with all the LED lights, I noticed nothing. Perhaps I need longer testing. It is interesting that the Theraface will switch on and off lights and beep in a specific time sequence to let you know it is working. This is because overexposure to the LED lights may cause irritation. Percussion – The Theraface includes two attachments, as flat and cone. Therabody advertises that these are used with to provide a “gentle percussive massage” to help relieve jaw pain and tension headaches. I tested this several ways and there is a surprising amount of power for a small device. However, I found this to be uncomfortable and do the exact opposite as intended. Cleansing – Included is a cleansing attachment with bristles. When combined with the percussions of the device and soap, it gently exfoliates and clean your face. It does work but not anymore that an exfoliating wash cloth and normal facing cleaning habits. The Therabody TheraFace PRO is certainly a well made device that is top of the line. There is a high level of attention to details and it certainly does a lot. The question is what good is a top-of-the-line device that does not have any empirical evidence that is does anything. Therabody states that clinical studies but that is Therabody’s own study on a “ 35-subject consumer perception study after 12-weeks of use.” That is not a study , that is a marketing hype. Now it should be clear that I have been only using this for a week and that is probably not enough time to see results. However, I should have saw something and I did not. I found that my normal routine is effective and takes in less time. Considering all of the above and the high price, this is not something that I would ever buy. Sorry , Therabody ; you are going to have to get more true studies done.

I am really enjoying using this unit so far, and am looking forward to long term usage and results. However, there are a few things that could have been done better, and a few things that have caused some pain (literally) and frustration. To start, this beautiful, white, unit and stand require you to run an ugly black USB cable to it. This would've been an easy fix! A white cable would've gone a long way to making it more pleasing in my bathroom. Additionally, the fact that the unit can't be charged while on the stand is a complete design miss. This should be wirelessly charged through the base, period. It would have resulted in a much better design aesthetic and user experience. Second, while I haven't had a chance to use all of the attachments yet, I really like the cleaning one but found when I turned the power up all the way on the other one it literally shocked me! Definitely a bit of a hazard here so just be careful. Overall, the unit looks great and performs as I'd expect but could have been designed better and appears to have some sort of flaw in its power output. For the cost and current tech we have nowadays, I'd expect better in all these areas.

I have it four stars as there are a number of good things that it does. I would say it replaces a professional facial however it your someone like me who is rarely going to pay for that it might be worth while. After all it is a cool gadget and something that can be used but you and your spouse. The message feature was my favorite. It works well, not to strong as smoother tend to be. After using felt quite refreshed. The least favorite was the electric current - not sure why it did other than put the gel in my face and require cleanup after. As for the led I’m not sold on what benefit it is however it’s there and seems to work. After using I didn’t think that my face look significantly younger (I’m a male in mid 50s) but it did a bit more relaxed, so I do see some benefits in getting and using one for my self. I can say that my wife did like it and use it more than I did. Not sure it will replace the $$$ facials that she get but she did find it enjoyable and relaxing. All in all not sure I would purchase one for my self but as a gift to someone special it might be just the ticket

    Just a gimmicky product

I've been testing this for 2 wks - and very disappointed. Massager - feels like I'm using my Theragun or Hypervolt on my face at the lowest setting. It doesn't feel good or bad - just not necessary and I doubt it does much for your skin. Hot / Cool - My Cool ring works for only 10 seconds and then stops working. That's a shame b/c that was the feature I looked forward to using the most. As for the Hot ring...I don't think any dermatologist or skin expert would recommend using that on your face. LED light - don't even get me started. If you want to use an at-home LED device, you have to use it on the section of your face for at least 20 min...Theragun's version is sadly a gimmick and won't provide any results. Microcurrent - also very disappointing. There is very little evidence that at-home micro current is good for your skin. If it is, the effects are extremely temporary and will only last you 1 day. You'd have to use this every single day of your life. All in all, this was a very expensive mistake and I plan to return asap.
