The cooling ring is a joke and overheats after about 1-2 minutes. It is a complete waste of money. Even when it works, it’s barely “cold” and this company should be ashamed to put this product on the market.

The only objection I have is that the levels from 1-3 do not really make a big difference .Level 2 and 3 are almost the same. But is relaxing I love this for when coming from work.

The cool head is perfect for puffy eyes or just on a hot day.. And the heat head is amazing for sore neck muscles or tension headaches.

I use the hot ring first for five minutes than the cold ring. It makes a dramatic difference in my skin
