My TheraFace Pro is not properly working with these and others, it keeps turning off even it is fully charged. I don’t know what to do now. Don’t get these!

Not worth it. Doesn't get very warm or cold. There is already a warm infrared attachment with the original package.
I do love my Theraface though!
