Easy to get around anywhere and with all of its attachments you can target anything. (shoulders, thighs, neck, etc.) Just a little pricy, but gets the job done

It is truly an amazing massager. I have knee issues and many times by using the theragun on my calf and thigh the pain is gone within SECONDS. It is a GREAT INVESTEMENT, do not hesitate

Speeds up recovery

I started Crossfit in December and had many different aches and pains. I would use this with various heads and speeds on and near my aches and pains and was able to continue training though out the entire time. I would recommend this to loosed up muscles and increase blood flow to injuries.
