Excellent investment

I train 5-6x week and the variation of settings on the device in conjunction with the routines on the app have helped me to combat DOMS much faster and allow for more stimulation to break up lactic acid that would take much longer to settle and recover in my legs particularly. Worth it!

I like the design of this one because you have a full grip and it’s not awkward to hold. Several speeds and angles to approach from. This device is built sturdy and I expect it to last for a while.

Needless to say I used it on some sore muscles that were very tight and after using the Theragun they felt a lot less tense. Amazing how this helped with the recovery of the muscles so quickly.

The Theragun has been incredibly helpful decreasing muscle pain, muscle contractures and lactic acid accumulation in the muscles. I have not needed the toxic pain medications Tylenol or Ibuprofen and has not needed to pay for massages sessions. The app works great with the machine.

Packs a punch

It can get any kink out of your shoulders. neck, back, etc. It definitely packs a punch and I have been very happy with my purchase. However, I do prefer deep tissue massages, so the pressure doesn't bother me, but if you are someone with arthritis or need a softer touch, I would suggest looking into the next level down/
